المتقدم سيكون المحرك التحليلي لفريق الصفقات في الرياض، حيث سيتولى بناء النماذج المالية، وقيادة إعداد وثائق الصفقات، وتنسيق عمليات العناية الواجبة لمهام الاندماج والاستحواذ النشطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء وصيانة نماذج مالية متقدمة مثل LBO وDCF وMerger Models ونماذج التوقعات المالية الثلاثية.
- إعداد مواد الصفقات الشاملة مثل CIMs وteasers والعروض التقديمية للإدارة وتقارير التقييم.
- إدارة غرف البيانات وتنسيق استفسارات العناية الواجبة والتواصل مع المشترين والبائعين.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق باستخدام أدوات مالية مثل Capital IQ وBloomberg وFactSet لتحليل اتجاهات الصناعة والمقارنات العامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في الاستشارات المصرفية الاستثمارية (Investment Banking Advisory) أو ضمن فريق الصفقات / الاستشارات في إحدى الشركات الكبرى الأربع (Big 4 Deals / Transaction Advisory) مثل PwC وEY وDeloitte وKPMG. وسيتم تحديد المسمى الوظيفي بناءً على الخبرة.
- خلفية أكاديمية قوية. يُعد الحصول على ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو التقدم نحو اجتياز اختبار المحلل المالي المعتمد (CFA) ميزة إضافية.

The Role
The Associate / Senior Associate is the analytical engine room of our Riyadh deal team. You will own the financial modeling, lead the drafting of transaction documents, and coordinate due diligence processes for active M&A mandates.
Core Responsibilities:
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated LBO, DCF, Merger Models, and 3-statement forecasting models.
Deal Materials: Draft comprehensive CIMs, teasers, management presentations, and valuation reports.
Transaction Management: Coordinate data rooms, handle due diligence questions, and interface with buyers/sellers.
Market Research: Utilize financial tools (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, FactSet) to analyze industry trends and public comps.
Who You Are:
Experience: 2-5 years of experience within Investment Banking Advisory or a dedicated Big 4 Deals / Transaction Advisory team (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG). Title will be commensurate with experience.
Education: Strong academic background. An MBA or progress toward a CFA is highly advantageous.
Technical Mastery: Flawless financial modeling skills and deep familiarity with corporate valuation techniques.
