أمازون (Afaq - Warehouse Branch) تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف لوجستي (Logistics Supervisor) في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في الإدارة اليومية لمهام القسم.
- توزيع المهام على الموظفين لدعم سير العمل وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء اليومية.
- إجراء إحاطات وقوفية، وتقديم ملاحظات للموظفين، وإجراء عمليات تدقيق ميدانية وتفقد المركبات.
- دعم تدريب الموظفين الجدد وتطوير مهاراتهم.
- دعم تتبع واتجاهات وإبلاغ مقاييس القسم لكل موظف.
- تحليل وفهم أسباب النجاح والفشل في تحقيق أهداف القسم ومؤشرات الأداء.
- تتبع أوقات العمل والجداول والإبلاغ عنها وصيانتها.
- مراجعة وتحديث وثائق إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOP) حسب الحاجة.
- تحسين تدفق المنتج عبر المحطة.
- تحديد ومعالجة مخاطر السلامة والمشاركة في مبادرات السلامة.
- فهم سير العمل وأهداف الإنتاج اليومية وعدد الموظفين الحاضرين يومياً.
- القيادة بالقدوة والتصرف كنموذج يحتذى به في سلوكيات العمل الآمنة.
- تدريب وتوجيه الآخرين لتحقيق النجاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في إدارة الفرق.
- خبرة في التخطيط ومؤشرات الأداء وتحسين العمليات.
- خبرة في مجال اللوجستيات (مفضل).
- خبرة في تحليل البيانات (مفضل).
- القدرة على العمل في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع وتقديم دعم العمل الإضافي (صباحاً ومساءً).
- الاستعداد للعمل بجداول مرنة/مناوبات بما في ذلك المناوبة الليلية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابية وشفوية).
- مهارات حل المشكلات والتحليل.
- الرغبة في التدريب وتعلم مهارات جديدة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة طويلة وقصيرة المدى في بيئة عالية الضغط وسريعة الوتيرة.

Key job responsibilities
- Help support daily management of department duties.
- Assign work to associates as required/needed to support workflow and daily production KPIs/goals.
- Conduct standup briefs, deliver associate feedback, conduct floor audits and vehicle inspections.
- Support in training and up-skilling new associates.
- Support with tracking, trending and reporting of departmental metrics by associates.
- Support in analyzing and understanding the reasons behind success and failure in meeting departmental delivery and FC KPIs/goals
- Tracking, reporting, maintenance of hours and schedules.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents as required.
- Improve flow of product through the station.
- Identify and address safety hazards within and participate in safety initiatives.
- Fully understand workflow, daily production goals, and number of Associates present each day.
- Lead by example.

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
