We are seeking an experienced Shared Services Specialist - Government Relations & Fleet Affairs to manage and follow up on vehicle-related procedures, accident cases, government transactions, and regulatory requirements with relevant government entities and external organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on vehicle accident cases and related procedures.
- Coordinate and follow up on accident assessments and evaluations.
- Manage the TAM platform and obtain required reports and documentation.
- Follow up on the issuance and renewal of operating cards and permits through the Transport General Authority.
- Follow up on procedures related to new vehicles, including registration and required documentation.
- Follow up on vehicle registration (Istimara) renewals.
- Coordinate the issuance of new vehicle registration documents.
- Handle and follow up on various government relations and administrative transactions.
- Coordinate with relevant government entities, including the Transport General Authority, Traffic Department, hospitals, and Aramco.
- Ensure that all required documents, permits, registrations, and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all government transactions and vehicle-related procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of required procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Government Relations (GRO), fleet administration, shared services, or vehicle-related government procedures.
- Good knowledge of vehicle registration, operating permits, accident procedures, and government platforms.
- Experience dealing with government entities and external organizations.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and follow up on deadlines.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant government platforms.
