We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join us at Codezal AI in Jeddah.

Codezal is a Saudi-registered AI consultancy based in Jeddah, helping leadership teams across the Kingdom go from AI-curious to AI-fluent through workshops, consultancy, and custom AI solutions. We’re Vision 2030 aligned and early in our growth story, and we’re looking for someone to help us tell it.

About the Role

This role sits where content meets growth. You’ll own how Codezal shows up on LinkedIn, shape the look of what we publish, run our paid social as a growth engine, and build the inbound and outbound pipeline behind it. A real mix of content, media buying, and growth marketing.

What You’ll Do

* Own our LinkedIn presence and write content people stop to read, in Arabic and English.

* Bring a strong sense of design and artwork to everything we put out.

* Run social campaigns as a growth engine, not a calendar to fill.

* Handle media buying and manage budgets with a clear eye on return.

* Build inbound and outbound pipeline and adjust based on what the data tells you.

What We’re Looking For

* At least 2 years in a similar role, ideally B2B or startup.

* Fluent Arabic speaker, strong writing in Arabic and English.

* A good eye for visuals and the confidence to make things look sharp.

* Hands-on with paid social and comfortable working with campaign data.
