Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support brand growth and sales objectives across the company’s food and beverage portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and helping design campaigns for digital and traditional channels. The Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, supports promotional activities and events, and prepares regular performance reports. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and develop targeted campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support promotional activities and coordinate with sales teams.
• Candidates should possess basic digital marketing and social media skills to implement and monitor online initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; experience in the food or FMCG sector is an advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing analytics tools, and the ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
