Job Summary:

The Engineer, Sales Support is responsible for coordinating and managing the technical aspects of order execution, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and on-time delivery. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of orders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of order execution.
• Ensure all orders comply with customer specifications and contractual agreements.
• Monitor and track order progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain/logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or delays in the order execution process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation.
• Provide regular reports on order status and performance metrics to the Order Execution Manager.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve order execution processes.
• Deliver outstanding presentations and Reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure thorough organization and reliable follow-up on all order activities.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ideally related to mechanical, manufacturing, industrialization, petroleum or metallurgy.

Experience:

• +3 years of experience in order execution or technical support, preferably in the OCTG or oil and gas industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of OCTG products and solutions.
• Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical customers.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade customers.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
