Role Overview:

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who can combine creative thinking with marketing insight to help develop compelling ideas, concepts, and storytelling around our projects and services. The role focuses on transforming creative opportunities into structured marketing concepts that can be presented to clients and audiences in an engaging way.

The ideal candidate should be able to think conceptually, develop creative directions for campaigns and content, and support the team in preparing strong presentations and pitches.

Requirements

* Background in Marketing, Creative Media, Communication, or a related field.

* Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.

* Ability to translate ideas into structured concepts and presentations.

* Strong presentation and communication skills.

* Interest in creative industries, media, music, or content production is a plus.

* Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

* Develop creative marketing concepts for campaigns, projects, and brand initiatives.

* Contribute ideas for storytelling, content themes, and creative directions that align with the company’s positioning.

* Assist in preparing pitches, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.

* Support the development of marketing narratives around the company’s work, projects, and behind-the-scenes activities.

* Collaborate with internal teams to shape creative angles for brand visibility and engagement.

* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that help create opportunities with clients and partners.

* Monitor how the brand appears across different channels and help maintain a consistent creative voice.

* Experience in creative marketing, advertising agencies, or content development.
