نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن أخصائي مشتريات خارجية ولوجستيات لإدارة أنشطة الشراء الدولية وضمان التنسيق السلس لعمليات اللوجستيات. يركز الدور على التوريد وإدارة الموردين والحفاظ على عمليات سلسلة التوريد الفعّالة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص سلسلة التوريد أو اللوجستيات أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة
- معرفة قوية بالتجارة الدولية وإجراءات الجمارك
- خبرة في العمل مع شركاء الشحن واللوجستيات
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برنامج Excel وأنظمة ERP
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أنشطة التوريد والشراء الدولية
- تقييم والتفاوض مع الموردين الخارجيين
- تنسيق عمليات الاستيراد والتصدير بما في ذلك التوثيق والتخليص الجمركي
- مراقبة عمليات اللوجستيات وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
- تتبع الشحنات وحل المشكلات التشغيلية
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والإجراءات الداخلية
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لمواءمة متطلبات التوريد
- تحليل البيانات لدعم كفاءة التكلفة والأداء

Job Opportunity | Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist to manage international procurement activities and ensure smooth coordination of logistics operations. The role focuses on sourcing, supplier management, and maintaining efficient supply chain processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of international trade and customs procedures
Experience working with shipping and logistics partners
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
Good communication skills in English
Manage international sourcing and procurement activities
Evaluate and negotiate with overseas suppliers
Coordinate import and export operations, including documentation and clearance
Monitor logistics processes and ensure timely delivery
Track shipments and resolve operational issues
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures
Coordinate with internal teams to align supply requirements
Analyze data to support cost efficiency and performance
