Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) for SAP S/4HANA and ERP implementations across Saudi Arabian clients.
- Design and execute tailored change plans including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, communication strategies, and resistance management.
- Develop and deliver adoption-focused training programs, role-based change toolkits, and post-go-live support playbooks.
- Facilitate change readiness assessments, adoption tracking, and benefit realization dashboards in alignment with project milestones.
- Partner with SAP functional leads and project managers to integrate change enablers into technical delivery timelines and governance frameworks.
- Coach local change champions, manage change networks, and conduct change impact workshops with senior leadership and frontline users.
