Role Summary:

We are looking for an IT Associate or Freelance Cybersecurity & Compliance professional to handle hands-on GRC execution (audits, risk documentation, metrics, and incident response).

Responsibilities

• :Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive IT and Cybersecurity training programs for diverse audiences, from introductory to advanced levels based in GCC regions
• .Translate complex IT and Cybersecurity standards into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises
• .Conduct interactive workshops and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and understanding
• .Stay updated of the latest IT and Cybersecurity developments, pronouncements, and interpretations, integrating them into existing training content and developing new modules as needed
• .Provide expert guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and clarifying challenging IT and Cybersecurity concepts
• .Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations, continuously refining training methodologies and content
• .Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly

Requirement

• s:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related fiel
• d.Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in applying and interpreting IT and Cybersecurity concep
• tsA minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a training or instructional role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective technical training program
• s.Relevant certifications in information storage and management and Azure Security is highly preferre
• d.Advanced knowledge of current IT and Cybersecurity standards, interpretations, and practical applicatio
• n.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex informatio
