تعلن شركة Akima (Pinnacle Solutions) عن توفر وظيفة فني محركات (Engine Technician) في موقع تبوك، السعودية، للعمل على صيانة طائرات CH-47.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء مهام صيانة محركات الطائرات على مستوى الوحدة وصيانة أنظمة المحرك والمكونات الفرعية.
- صيانة محرك طائرة CH-47 باستخدام دليل المشغل وكتيب اختبار الطيران ودليل الفحص وأي توجيهات محددة من العميل.
- تشخيص وإصلاح أعطال أنظمة المحرك والمكونات وفقاً للأدلة الفنية والتعليمات وإجراءات السلامة.
- استخدام أدوات القياس الشائعة والدقيقة وأدوات المحاذاة اللازمة لتنفيذ المهام.
- إجراء الفحوصات التشغيلية للمحرك واختباره واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها باستخدام معدات الاختبار والتشخيص.
- مساعدة العميل في طلب وصيانة المخزون وقطع الغيار الخاصة بإصلاح المحركات.
- استخدام وصيانة الأدوات العامة والخاصة ومعدات الدعم الأرضي والخاصة بالمنصة.
- التأكد من تخطيط وتنسيق ودمج ومزامنة أنشطة وإجراءات صيانة المحركات بين الجهات المعنية لتحقيق معدلات الجاهزية التشغيلية المطلوبة.
- المسؤولية عن الامتثال لأنظمة وعمليات وتقارير الصيانة المقررة التي توفر الوعظ الظرفي لمعدلات الجاهزية.
- وضع أهداف وأولويات الصيانة اليومية للمحرك لتحقيق معدلات الجاهزية المطلوبة.
- الإشراف على إدارة الصيانة اليومية للمحركات المخصصة لكل طائرة دعماً لرئيس الصيانة وبالتنسيق مع الخدمات اللوجستية لقطع الغيار.
- العمل ضمن عمليات ومعايير مراقبة جودة الصيانة.
- توجيه الاستفسارات والتحقيقات وتحليلات الأبحاث المتعلقة بصيانة محركات الطيران إلى رئيس الصيانة.
- تنسيق الأنشطة والمتطلبات اللازمة لعمليات الصيانة مع رئيس الصيانة.
- دعم عمليات وإجراءات فريق استعادة الطائرات المنكوبة (DART) بالتنسيق مع مدير البرنامج ورئيس الصيانة.
- إدخال البيانات ومراجعة وتحديث نماذج وسجلات صيانة الطائرات.
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) والتدريب والتوجيه لمنسوبي القوات الجوية الملكية السعودية في جميع مهام المحرك حسب الحاجة.
- التأكد من أن جميع عمليات الصيانة تجرى بطريقة آمنة.
- أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل رئيس الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات كفني محركات طائرات، منها سنتان على الأقل خلال الخمس سنوات الأخيرة.
- إتمام دورة فني محركات معتمدة من القوات المسلحة الأمريكية أو تدريب مدني معادل بنجاح.
- إجادة استخدام الأدلة الفنية التفاعلية المحوسبة ونماذج صيانة الطائرات أو أنظمة إدارة الصيانة الجوية والمستندات ذات الصلة.
- مهارات تواصل مهنية شفهية وكتابية وشخصية.
- القدرة على التواصل مع العميل بطريقة مهنية ومهذبة.
- حيازة رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول من الولاية أو الحكومة.
- اجتياز الفحص الطبي للسفر الخارجي بعد التوظيف.
- أن يكون المتقدم مواطناً أمريكياً.
- الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (GED).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في صيانة محركات طائرات CH-47 (محرك Lycoming 714A) - مرغوب.
- درجة مشارك (Associate degree) - مرغوب.
- رخصة محركات طائرات من FAA (FAA Powerplant License) - مرغوب.

The Engine Technician performs maintenance duties on a CH-47 aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Performs unit level aircraft engine maintenance and on engine system/subsystem components.
- Performs maintenance on the CH-47 engine using the specific aircraft Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, aircraft Check List Manual, and any customer or specific directives.
- Diagnoses and repairs aircraft engine systems and components malfunction according to the appropriate technical manuals, directives and safety procedures.
- Uses common measuring tools necessary for performing the tasks described herein, precision measuring tools and alignment fixtures.
- Performs aircraft engine operational checks. Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs aircraft engines using test sets and diagnostic equipment.
- Assists Customer in the requisition and maintenance of shop and bench stock items for repair of aircraft engines.
- Uses and performs operator maintenance on common and special tools, AGSE and PGSE.
- Ensures that aircraft engine repair and maintenance activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates IAW contractual requirements.
- Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform OR rates.
- Establishes daily aircraft engine maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated OR rates.
- Oversees the daily aircraft engine maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Maintenance Lead, in conjunction with Logistics for related platform parts and spares.
- Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
- Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation engine maintenance of the aircraft and supporting maintenance activities to the Maintenance Lead.
- Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance operations support with the Maintenance Lead.
- In coordination with the PC and Maintenance Lead, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
- Enters data, reviews, and updates aircraft maintenance forms and records.
- Provides On-the-Job Training (OJT), coaching, and mentoring to RSLFAC personnel in all aspects of engine related tasks as necessary.
- Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.
- Other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Lead.
- Eight (8) years’ experience and two (2) within the last five (5) years as an aircraft engine mechanic Successfully completed and be qualified by the appropriate U.S. Government armed forces.
- Engine Technician course or civilian equivalent training.
- Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms or similar aviation maintenance management system, and other aircraft related documentation.
- Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
- Possess a valid state or Government issued driver’s license.
- Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have a HS diploma or GED equivalent.
- CH-47 Engine Technician experience (Lycoming 714A).
- Associate degree.
- FAA Powerplant License.
