المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير مواد تعليمية سريرية مرتبطة بالتحقيقات السريرية، وتقديم الخبرات والرؤى السريرية حول الجهاز والإجراء والبروتوكول طوال دورة حياة التحقيق السريري.

  • تقديم التدريب والإرشاد لأخصائيي السريريات الميدانيين الجدد.
  • توعية وتدريب الأطباء وموظفي المستشفى على الأمور الفنية المتعلقة بالمنتجات والإجراءات قيد التحقيق من خلال عقد أو تنسيق جلسات تدريب فردية مخصصة وبرامج تعليمية منظمة داخل الخدمة.
  • التخطيط وتنفيذ استراتيجيات النمو داخل الحسابات المستهدفة بالشراكة مع المبيعات وإدارة المبيعات، والمسؤولية عن البيع الإضافي في الحسابات الاستراتيجية الرئيسية بالتعاون مع مديري الأعمال.
  • تعلم المنتجات وعلم وظائف الأعضاء والتشريح والتطبيقات ولغة السوق وشركة Edwards Lifesciences، ومراقبة أنشطة الدعم السريري والتغيرات في السوق والحسابات المخصصة والنشاط التنافسي مع مدير المبيعات الوطني وأخصائي المبيعات المناسب.
  • التحقق من تحديثات البرامج والأجهزة في الميدان حسب الاقتضاء.
  • أداء واجبات عرضية أخرى.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة 5 سنوات في مجال الأجهزة الطبية و/أو الخبرة السريرية السابقة.
  • خبرة تدريبية في بيئة سريرية/تقنية (مفضلة).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي، والعرض التقديمي، والعلاقات الشخصية، بما في ذلك التفاوض وإدارة العلاقات.
  • ذكاء تجاري والقدرة على التفاعل مع قادة الرأي الرئيسيين والمشرفين.
  • معرفة كاملة وفهم لعلوم القلب والأوعية الدموية، وتشريح القلب والأوعية الدموية وأمراضه ووظائفه.

Make a meaningful difference to patients around the world. As a part of the Field Clinical Specialist team, you'll play a crucial role in partnering with clinical professionals to deliver our patient-focused therapies including proctoring, training, and education. Your knowledge of working within the hospital ecosystem, combined with our in-depth training program, will help develop you into an Edwards subject matter expert. The time is now to join a team focused on transforming treatment for the many patients in need.

How you will make an impact:

  • Develops clinical education materials in connection with clinical investigations. Provides expertise and clinical insights on the device, procedure and protocol throughout the life cycle of the clinical investigation.
  • Responsible for certification of the centers, physicians and other related staff, as well as EW personnel and as outlined within EW SOPs
  • Provide education on all aspects of the device, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for device implants.
  • Throughout commercial procedures, provide physicians and medical staff with required follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcome. Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials and training tools, based on clinical trial experience, EW guidelines and SOP.
  • Provide training and guidance to new Field Clinical Specialists
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters related to investigational products and procedures through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs.
  • Plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with the Sales and Sales Management. Responsible for upselling in key strategic accounts working in conjunction with Business Managers
  • Learns the product(s), physiology, anatomy, applications and “language” of the market and Edwards Lifesciences. Fully monitor clinical support activities, changes in the market and assigned accounts, as well as, competitive activity with the NSM and the appropriate Sales Specialist.
  • Validate software and hardware updates in the field as applicable

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in related field required
  • 5 years of experience in previous related medical device and/or clinical experience
  • Training experience in clinical / technical environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
  • Business Intelligence & Interact with KOL and proctors
  • Full knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular science
  • Full understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology
  • Full understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents, device accountability and adverse events reporting
