Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead large-scale ERP transformation and implementation initiatives, with a particular focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP migration/transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle ERP transformation projects, including Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP migration.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, Oracle consultants, system integrators, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Manage ERP implementation activities across multiple functional and technical workstreams.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, costs, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure effective coordination between Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems, integrations, applications, and technology platforms.
• Manage EBS-to-Fusion transformation/migration activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs, delivery milestones, quality metrics, and project success criteria.
• Lead change management and business readiness activities associated with ERP transformation.
• Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, decisions, risks, issues, processes, and lessons learned.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and executive stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements:

Project Management:

• Strong understanding of Project Management Fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Oracle ERP Experience

• Hands-on experience managing Oracle ERP implementation/transformation projects.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Mandatory/strongly preferred experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation or migration.

Digital Transformation

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience involving Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technology delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and system integration at a project-management level.

Certifications

• PMP Certification - Mandatory.
• Agile certification - Mandatory, preferably Practitioner level or above.
• Examples include PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent recognized Agile certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Saudi government-sector projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations, government policies, compliance requirements, and IT governance frameworks.
• Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programs within government or highly regulated environments.
• Experience working with Oracle implementation partners/system integrators.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud transformation, modernization, and application rationalization.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, OCI, integrations, APIs, and enterprise application ecosystems.
