🎯 Job Purpose:

We are seeking a strategic Decision Support & Analytics Lead to spearhead our analytics and business intelligence operations. In this role, you will lead a team of analysts to transform complex business data into actionable strategic insights, oversee the execution of analytical plans, build visual executive dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations to support senior leadership in key decision-making processes.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Operational Supervision:
• Lead, guide, and supervise the decision support and analytics team in executing daily data modeling, strategic planning, and performance reporting tasks.
• Establish operational KPIs for the analytics team and ensure high levels of data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units and technical teams to streamline data requirements.
• Strategic Planning & Business Insights:
• Oversee the end-to-end preparation and execution of strategic analytical plans, business performance assessments, and market insights.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative metrics into clear executive summaries, presentations, and actionable business strategies.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and market trends to proactively propose risk mitigations and strategic enhancements.
• Dashboard Governance & Analytics:
• Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of interactive executive dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel).
• Standardize analytical frameworks and reporting templates to ensure seamless alignment across all business functions.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or Decision Support, with proven leadership or team supervision experience.
• Technical & Analytical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI / Tableau), SQL, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong expertise in strategic reporting, financial/operational data modeling, and executive presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
