شركة A.P. Moller - Maersk تبحث عن مدير تطوير أعمال - لوجستيات المشاريع للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية (جدة، الرياض، الدمام).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التعاون مع العمليات لضمان جدوى المشروع وكفاءة التكلفة.
  • تطوير علاقات وقاعدة موردين لتحسين التكاليف والتميز التشغيلي.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تطوير الأعمال للوجستيات المشاريع والشحنات الخاصة، وبناء خط أنابيب للوجستيات المشاريع.
  • تحديد واستهداف عملاء جدد في قطاعات مثل الطاقة والبنية التحتية والهندسة الثقيلة والنفط والغاز.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة في إدارة لوجستيات المشاريع من البداية إلى النهاية للشحنات الخاصة (مثل الشحنات كبيرة الحجم أو الثقيلة) بدءًا من المشتريات حتى التركيب في الموقع.
  • خبرة في بيع الشحنات السائبة (break-bulk) وطائرات الشحن الجوي (air freight charters) والناقلات (tankers).
  • خبرة في الامتثال التنظيمي والتصاريح للشحنات المتخصصة.
  • حد أدنى 5+ سنوات من الخبرة.
  • لوجستيات التعبئة/التفكيك في الموقع (site mobilization/demobilization) ولوجستيات التشغيل (commissioning logistics) - مثل مناطق التجميع، وتسلسل التحميل/التفريغ، والتخزين في الموقع، واللوجستيات العكسية لإيقاف التشغيل - تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • مكان العمل مرن بين جدة والرياض والدمام.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency.
  • Develop vendor relationships/pool to ensure better costing and operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for project logistics/special cargo. Building a pipeline for project logistics.
  • Identify and pursue new clients in industries such as energy, infrastructure, heavy engineering, Oil & gas.

Requirements/Experience

  • Experience managing end-to-end project logistics for special cargo (over-dimensional or heavy lift for example) from procurement to site installation.
  • Expertise in selling break-bulk, air freight charters, tankers.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance and permitting for specialized shipments.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
  • Site mobilization/demobilization and commissioning logistics (staging areas, load-in/load-out sequencing, on-site storage, reverse logistics for decommissioning) is a plus.
  • Location is flexible between Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam.
