شركة Panasonic Avionics Corporation تعلن عن وظيفة Maintenance Services Representative في مكة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى الممثل صيانة خطوط الطيران لأنظمة الترفيه والاتصال على متن الطائرات (IFEC) لضمان جاهزيتها التشغيلية وموثوقيتها. من المتوقع أن يبدأ التعيين من ديسمبر 2026.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أداء صيانة خطوط الطيران والإشراف على الأعمال التي ينفذها عمال غير معتمدين، والتوقيع عليها وفقاً لصلاحيات التصريح الصادرة من Panasonic أو شركة الطيران أثناء فحوصات العبور، وفقاً للالتزامات التعاقدية أو الإجراءات المعتمدة، مع رفع التقارير بكفاءة وفعالية.
  • تشخيص أعطال الأنظمة (ضمن نطاق التصريح) وصولاً إلى وحدات الخط القابلة للاستبدال (LRU) أو الكابلات أو غيرها من أنظمة الطائرات، وإجراء اختبارات وظيفية بعد الإصلاح.
  • استبدال المكونات وإجراء التعديلات والفحوصات والاختبارات الوظيفية وفقاً لجميع الوثائق المعتمدة.
  • إجراء مسح للمقصورة وفقاً للالتزامات التعاقدية أو الإجراءات المعتمدة ورفع النتائج.
  • إجراء فحوصات العبور والصيانة وفقاً للالتزامات التعاقدية أو الإجراءات المعتمدة ورفع النتائج.
  • إكمال وثائق الطائرات وفقاً للالتزامات التعاقدية أو إجراءات Panasonic.
  • إكمال وثائق الصيانة المطلوبة من Panasonic وشركة الطيران بدقة، بما في ذلك إدخال البيانات إلكترونياً أو على أنظمة ورقية ضمن الوقت المحدد لتلبية معايير ضمان الجودة.
  • المساعدة في إدارة المخزون في المطار، وإجراء الجرد الدوري، وتغليف وشحن المخزون.
  • الحفاظ على معايير عالية من النظافة والصحة والسلامة والعناية بالأدوات.
  • أداء واجبات أخرى ذات صلة يكلف بها المشرف المباشر أو الإدارة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
  • حيازة رخصة طائرات سارية / صلاحية مطلوبة لإصدار تصريح الخدمة للعمل على أنواع الطائرات / الأنظمة المختلفة في الموقع المخصص حسب ترخيص العميل.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في صيانة الطائرات الكاملة، ويفضل أن تتضمن سنة واحدة من ممارسة صلاحية الاعتماد.
  • القدرة على تحديد ما إذا كانت وحدة LRU تحتاج إلى استبدال.
  • القدرة على تحديد ما إذا كانت الوحدة معطلة من المخزون أو تتطلب مزيداً من التشخيص.
  • القدرة على استخدام معدات التشخيص الأساسية والتقنيات المناسبة.
  • القدرة على إجراء تزويد وقود الطائرة، ورفع الزيت، وتغيير الفرامل والعجلات.
  • القدرة على إجراء الفحص البصري لهيكل الطائرة والمحرك.
  • القدرة على تصحيح الأعطال.
  • القدرة على دفع الطائرة للخلف.
  • مهارات اتصال ممتازة.
  • القدرة على الإشراف على العمل وتوجيه الآخرين عند الحاجة.
  • مهارات كمبيوتر متقنة في Word وExcel وOutlook (منتجات MS).
  • مهارات أساسية في استخدام Linux.
  • استخدام المفاهيم المهنية مع تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات الشركة لحل مجموعة متنوعة من القضايا.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدث) بسهولة ودقة.

The Position

The Maintenance Services Representative performs line maintenance on Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft equipment to ensure system serviceability, reliability, and operational readiness. The role is responsible for troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining aircraft systems in accordance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and customer standards.

As part of our ongoing growth plans, we are seeking qualified candidates for multiple Maintenance Services Representative opportunities, with expected onboarding to commence from December 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Aircraft Maintenance and IFEC Systems Maintenance
    • Perform line maintenance, oversee and sign for work carried out by other non-certifying workers, under the Panasonic issued authorization privileges or Airline issued privileges during transit checks in accordance with the contractual obligations or approved company procedures and report the findings in an efficient and effective manner.
    • Perform line maintenance tasks which include but are not limited to:
    • Troubleshoot (within authorization) system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), cabling, or other aircraft systems and perform functional tests post rectification.
    • Component replacement, adjustments, inspections and functional tests in accordance with all applicable approved documentation.
    • Perform Cabin Sweep’s in accordance with contractual obligations or approved company procedures and report findings.
    • Perform transit and maintenance checks in accordance with contractual obligations or approved company procedures and report findings.
  • Administrative
    • Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with contractual obligations or Panasonic processes.
    • Accurate completion of Panasonic and airline required maintenance documentation, including electronic data entry and/or paper-based systems within a timely manner to meet QA standards.
    • Assist in the management of airside inventory, cycle counting, packaging and shipping of inventory.
    • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, Health & Safety and tool care.
    • Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or management.
Qualifications

  • Secondary/High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Hold appropriate valid aircraft license/Authority required to issue a release to service for work performed on customer's different aircraft types/systems at assigned location.
  • Minimum 3 years in full aircraft maintenance experience including one year of exercising certification privilege, preferred.
  • Essential Aircraft maintenance experience includes but is not limited to:
    • Ability to determine if an LRU requires replacement.
    • Ability to determine if a unit is bad from stock or requires further troubleshooting.
    • Ability to use basic troubleshooting equipment and applicable techniques.
    • Ability to carry out aircraft refueling, oil uplift, brake and wheel changes.
    • Ability to carry out airframe and engine visual check.
    • Ability to carry out defects rectification.
    • Ability to carry out aircraft push back.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee work and mentor others as needed.
  • Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook (MS Products).
  • Basic computer skills in using Linux.
  • Use professional concepts while applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Must have English comprehension. Ability to Read, Write and Speak English easily and accurately.
