في هيلتون، نؤمن بأن الضيافة الاستثنائية تبدأ مع كل فرد من فريقنا. نحن الآن نبحث عن مساعد مهندس رئيسي (Assistant Chief Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. في هذا الدور، لن تقتصر مسؤوليتك على الإشراف على صيانة المباني والأنظمة فحسب، بل ستساهم في نشر الدفء والإشراقة من خلال تقديم تجارب لا تُنسى لكل ضيف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتطوير فريق عالي الأداء: توظيف وتدريب والإشراف على أعضاء الفريق وتوجيههم؛ إجراء تقييمات الأداء وتوفير فرص التطوير المهني وتقدير الإنجازات لبناء فريق متحفز وعالي الأداء.
- مساعدة المهندس الرئيسي في إدارة عمليات الصيانة اليومية: الإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة وتحديد أولويات المهام والتحقق من إنجازها من خلال نظام إدارة الصيانة الخاص بالمنشأة؛ ضمان حل طلبات الخدمة واستفسارات الضيوف والطوارئ في الوقت المناسب.
- ضمان السلامة والامتثال: الإشراف على صيانة المباني والأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التكييف والتهوية وأنظمة السلامة؛ تنسيق عمليات التفتيش والحفاظ على معايير السلامة والامتثال وفقاً للوائح الوطنية والمحلية.
- مساعدة المهندس الرئيسي في تحسين أداء الهندسة: مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للإدارة (KPIs) بما في ذلك صيانة المعدات ونتائج المراجعات وإنتاجية الفريق واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتحسين الأداء.
- دعم القيادة التشغيلية على مستوى الفندق: التعاون مع فريق القيادة الأوسع في الإشراف على إجراءات الإخلاء وتغطية مدير المناوبة وبروتوكولات السلامة الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
- الإشراف على أعمال المقاولين: الإشراف على المقاولين الخارجيين وفحص الأعمال المنجزة للتأكد من الجودة والامتثال.
- قيادة مبادرات كفاءة الطاقة: دعم والإشراف على برامج الحفاظ على الطاقة على مستوى المنشأة لتقليل تكاليف المرافق.

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognise achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team
- Assist Chief Engineer with managing daily maintenance operations: Oversee maintenance activities, prioritize tasks, and verify completion through the property maintenance management system; ensure timely resolution of service requests, guest concerns, and emergencies
- Ensure safety and compliance: Oversee the maintenance of the physical building, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, coordinate inspections, and uphold safety and compliance standards in line with national and local regulations
- Assist Chief Engineer with driving engineering performance: Monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including equipment upkeep, audit results, and team productivity and act as need to improve performance
- Support hotel-wide operational leadership: Collaborate with the broader hotel leadership team in overseeing evacuation procedures, duty manager coverage, and other safety protocols as needed
- Oversee contractor work: Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance
- Lead energy efficiency initiatives: Support and oversee property-wide energy conservation programs to reduce utility costs
