تسعى شركة سانتكتشور لحلول البرمجيات الصحية (SANTECHTURE) إلى توظيف محلل أعمال (Business Analyst) للعمل في مدينة الرياض. ستعمل على سد الفجوة بين احتياجات الأعمال والحلول التقنية في قطاع تكنولوجيا الرعاية الصحية، والمساهمة في تقديم حلول متكاملة تدعم أهداف الشركة وعملائها.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- بصفتك محلل أعمال، ستجمع بين المنظور متعدد الوظائف لفرق القيادة والمشاريع لتقديم حلول شاملة للأنظمة.
- ستطبق مهاراتك التحليلية وخبرتك في إدارة المشاريع والمعرفة الموضوعية لتحديد نطاق المشروع وتصميم المتطلبات ووضع معايير الجودة.
- ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحديد وقياس وقيادة جهود تحسين العمليات من البداية حتى النهاية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع القيادة لتقييم الطلبات الواردة وإعداد حالات الأعمال (Business Cases) لموافقة لجنة الحوكمة، والعمل مع فرق التطوير والبنية التحتية لتحديد الأولويات وإزالة العقبات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

- خبرة 3+ سنوات في تحديد وتحليل متطلبات أعمال السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية (EMR/EHR)، نمذجة العمليات، تصميم/تكوين الأنظمة الوظيفية، و/أو اختبار القبول (أو ما يعادله من تعليم وخبرة).

- Stakeholder & Project Collaboration: Work with leadership to evaluate incoming requests, prepare Business Cases for governance committee approval, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to prioritize work and remove roadblocks.
- Business Analysis & Process Engineering (BPE): Utilise standardized BA and BPE methods, templates, and tools to produce high-quality deliverables that conform to corporate standards.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Apply quantitative approaches to problem-solving. Baseline quality and production data, and create cost-savings reports (including ROI and NPV metrics) for process improvement efforts.
- System Optimization: Analyze and create detailed requirements for improving or replacing manual and computerized systems to achieve greater operating efficiency.
- Project Tracking & Reporting: Develop realistic project schedules, manage task completion, and create status reports/presentations for organizational leadership and client groups.
- Workflow Development: Drive process development and improved workflows while carefully considering and managing cross-functional impacts and hand-offs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in defining and analyzing EMR/EHR business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design/configuration, and/or acceptance testing (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Analytical Capability: Proven ability to analyze medium-scale business efforts, discover/describe current-state situations, understand strategic goals, design future-state workflows, and perform gap analyses.
- Facilitation & Communication: Strong ability to facilitate data and requirements-gathering sessions within small to medium groups, and translate complex technical ideas for a wide variety of audiences.
- Documentation & Modeling: Demonstrated experience documenting and modeling activities using formal techniques (e.g., ISO standards, agile story cards).
- Methodologies: Experience with process mapping, use cases, SWOT, FMEA, RASCI, and workflow diagram design.
- Testing: Strong skills in creating comprehensive testing documentation, including test cases and test plans.
- Tools: High proficiency with Business Analysis tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).
