تعمل FAENA على توسعة أنشطتها في المملكة العربية السعودية عبر مشروع Faena The Red Sea، وهو تجربة فندقية استثنائية تجمع بين الإبداع والتميز. تبحث الشركة عن حارس بوابة (Doorman) سعودي الجنسية يتمتع بشخصية جذابة وروح خدمية لينضم إلى فريق مكتب الاستقبال. سيكون هذا الدور محورياً في خلق تجارب لا تُنسى للضيوف عند الوصول والمغادرة، حيث يتولى استقبالهم والمساعدة في التنسيق مع خدمات النقل والأمتعة، مع ضمان انسيابية الحركة عند مدخل المنتجع وتقديم الدفء والرقي والاهتمام الذي يميز تجربة FAENA.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف بحفاوة عند الوصول والمغادرة لخلق انطباع أول وأخير إيجابي.
- فتح الأبواب ومساعدة الضيوف عند الصعود والنزول من المركبات بأسلوب مهني ولائق.
- التنسيق مع فريق خدمة الأمتعة لضمان التعامل الفعال مع الأمتعة وتوصيلها.
- تقديم عناية خاصة للضيوف من فئة VIP أثناء الوصول والمغادرة وللضيوف المميزين.
- مساعدة الضيوف في الاتجاهات وترتيبات النقل والمعلومات العامة عن المنتجع.
- مراقبة وإدارة حركة الضيوف والمركبات عند مدخل المنتجع.
- التنسيق بشكل وثيق مع مضيفي الأمتعة والكونسيرج ومواقف السيارات والأمن ومكاتب الاستقبال.
- مساعدة الضيوف في ركوب سيارات الأجرة والعربات وخدمات النقل الأخرى.
- الحفاظ على نظافة ومظهر مدخل المنتجع ومنطقة الممرات.
- مراقبة مواعيد الوصول وإبلاغ الإدارات المعنية بحركة الضيوف من فئة VIP.
- دعم وصول المجموعات والفعاليات وفترات التشغيل القصوى.
- ضمان سلامة الضيوف أثناء الصعود والنزول من المركبات.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن مخاوف السلامة والحوادث الأمنية أو الأنشطة غير المعتادة.
- تقديم خدمة المظلات وراحة الضيوف في ظروف الطقس السيئة.
- الالتزام بمعايير الضيافة الفاخرة من خلال المظهر المهني والعناية الشخصية والتفاعل مع الضيوف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال الضيافة أو خدمة العملاء أو الاستقبال الأمامي (يفضّل).
- الخبرة في بيئة فندقية فاخرة أو منتجع تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية ومهارات شخصية ممتازة.
- مظهر مهني ومعايير عالية في العناية الشخصية.
- موقف إيجابي وشغف بالضيافة وخدمة الضيوف.
- القدرة على البقاء هادئاً ومنتبهاً في بيئة عمل سريعة.

As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, the Doorman plays a vital role in creating memorable arrival and departure experiences. Job Description
FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a charismatic and service-oriented Doorman (Saudi National) to join our Front Office team. As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, the Doorman plays a vital role in creating memorable arrival and departure experiences. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with transportation and luggage coordination, and ensuring a seamless flow of activity at the resort entrance while delivering the warmth, elegance, and attentiveness that define the FAENA experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Open doors and assist guests entering and exiting vehicles in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with the Bell Desk team to ensure efficient luggage handling and delivery.
- Provide special attention to VIP arrivals, departures, and special guests.
- Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general resort information.
- Monitor and manage guest and vehicle flow at the resort entrance.
- Coordinate closely with Bell Attendants, Concierge, Valet, Security, and Front Office teams.
- Assist guests with boarding taxis, buggies, and other transportation services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and driveway areas.
- Monitor arrivals and communicate VIP movements to relevant departments.
- Support group arrivals, events, and peak operational periods.
- Ensure guest safety while entering and exiting vehicles.
- Report safety concerns, security incidents, or unusual activity promptly.
- Assist with umbrella service and guest comfort during adverse weather conditions.
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards through professional appearance, grooming, and guest interactions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or front-of-house operations preferred.
- Experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and assist with guest luggage when required.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong awareness of safety, security, and guest service standards.
