Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and property-related materials. Daily tasks include designing logos and brand elements, developing layout concepts, selecting typography, and producing graphics for both print and digital channels. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and project teams, interpreting briefs, ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints, and preparing files for production and vendors. The Graphic Designer will maintain brand guidelines and support the development of new visual concepts that enhance the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for print and digital media.
• Experience with Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
• Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in layout design.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Ability to translate briefs into clear visual concepts and deliver work within deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, especially branding and marketing materials.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; experience in real estate or property marketing is an advantage.
