What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst in a Client Focused role, you will work on long-term implementation and transformation initiatives, helping clients translate ideas into action and strategy into measurable outcomes. In a world where AI can increasingly accelerate analysis and insight generation, the greatest value lies in execution where implementing initiatives, aligning stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adoption, and change interventions to deliver lasting business impact.

You will combine your expertise to deliver value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data, and related expertise, etc.).

You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected in order to understand client requirements and to design / develop solutions.

You will support implementation projects, working in conjunction with business leaders, through activities such as:

• Driving key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs
• Driving program execution and value realization by translating strategy recommendations into action, aligning stakeholders, overcoming implementation challenges, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact
• Applying analytical structured thinking and problem-solving, applying business transformation principles in practical scenarios
• Supporting the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models, including processes, governance, roles and performance management mechanisms
• Managing disciplined execution of program/project components, including initiative prioritization, business case development, roadmap and value realization tracking
• Conducting analysis to identify opportunities for process streamlining and performance improvement, grounded in business and financial impact
• Communicating with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident way
• Ensuring high-quality execution of project components, maintaining a focus on practical efficiency and effectiveness
• Drive process enhancements and change execution, supporting change management efforts, embedding new ways of working and enabling capability uplift through upskilling during implementation or transformation context.
• Applying Generative AI tools and techniques (e.g. LLM workflows, agentic systems, retrieval-based solutions) to accelerate transformation and change management outcomes
• Additionally, as a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to codifying knowhow & assets emerging from case and proposal work and will assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation related field roles strongly preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience in effectively translating strategy into action
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
• Using Python, SQL, and modern analytical/AI tooling to support problem-solving, automation, and using generation is a plus

As a Client Focus Senior analyst, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates and Consultants. In the period between cases, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
