شركة Müller's Solutions تبحث عن مستشار SAP FICO متميز للانضمام إلى فريقها الديناميكي في الرياض. سيكون لهذا المستشار دور محوري في تقديم حلول مبتكرة لتعزيز العمليات المالية لعملائنا من خلال خبرته في المحاسبة والرقابة المالية ضمن SAP.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقييم وتصميم وتنفيذ حلول SAP FICO بناءً على متطلبات العملاء
  • تهيئة تطبيقات SAP FICO بما في ذلك إعداد البيانات المالية ومراكز التكلفة ومراكز الربح والأوامر الداخلية والحسابات الدائنة والمدينة
  • التعاون مع العملاء لجمع المتطلبات وعقد ورش العمل وتقديم جلسات تدريبية
  • دعم أنشطة ترحيل البيانات وضمان سلامة البيانات طوال عملية التنفيذ
  • إجراء اختبارات النظام واختبارات قبول المستخدم واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بشكل فوري
  • العمل عن كثب مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان تكامل النظام ومواءمته مع العمليات التجارية
  • تقديم الدعم المستمر والصيانة للتطبيقات الحالية مع تحديد مجالات التحسين

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في استشارات SAP FICO أو دور مماثل
  • فهم شامل لعمليات المحاسبة المالية والرقابة داخل SAP
  • يفضل خبرة مع SAP S/4HANA أو الإصدارات السابقة من SAP ERP
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتفكير التحليلي للتعامل مع الأنظمة المالية المعقدة
  • مهارات تواصل وتعامل مع الآخرين فعالة للتعاون مع العملاء والفرق متعددة التخصصات
  • شهادة SAP FICO تعتبر ميزة إضافية ولكنها غير مطلوبة
  • الاستعداد للسفر بشكل دوري لحضور engagements مع العملاء إذا لزم الأمر

Müller's Solutions is on the lookout for a talented SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that enhance our clients' financial processes. Your expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling will aid in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP systems to meet diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, design, and implement SAP FICO solutions based on client requirements
  • Configure SAP FICO applications, including setting up financial statements, cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver training sessions
  • Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity throughout the implementation process
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and alignment with business processes
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing implementations, identifying areas for improvements

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or a similar role
  • Thorough understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes within SAP
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or previous versions of SAP ERP is preferable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to navigate complex financial systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
  • SAP FICO certification is an advantage but not required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements if necessary
