🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Maintenance Technician

📌 Reporting to: Maintenance Manager

As Senior maintenance technician you will perform advanced and complex maintenance tasks on equipment and systems and supervise a team of technicians to ensure all machinery operates efficiently and according to required standards, while maintaining optimal performance and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced equipment and systems.
• Diagnose complex failures and conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior technicians in the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in all maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the development and execution of preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Prepare detailed reports on completed tasks and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in the inspection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and train staff on its usage.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to document activities.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Diploma in mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with experience in handling complex equipment.

• Skills:
• Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Advanced troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
• Preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Skilled in technical documentation and record-keeping
• Effective communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
