نبذة عن الوظيفة

يدير مدير الفندق العمليات اليومية بما في ذلك الاستقبال والتدبير المنزلي والمشروبات والخدمات الفندقية، مع ضمان الجودة والالتزام بمعايير العلامة التجارية. يشرف على جداول الموظفين وأدائهم، ويراقب الإشغال والإيرادات، وينسق مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق لتعزيز الحجوزات والعمل التجاري. كما يخطط الميزانية ويسيطر على التكاليف ويقدم التقارير، ويضمن الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة، ويتعامل مع علاقات النزلاء والقضايا العالقة لتحسين الرضا والكفاءة التشغيلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للفندق بما في ذلك الاستقبال والتدبير المنزلي والمشروبات والخدمات الفندقية.
  • إدارة جداول الموظفين وأدائهم وضمان جودة الخدمة المتسقة.
  • مراقبة نسب الإشغال والإيرادات، والتنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق لزيادة الحجوزات والعمل التجاري.
  • تخطيط الميزانية ومراقبة التكاليف وإعداد التقارير المالية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة واللوائح التنظيمية.
  • معالجة علاقات النزلاء وحل المشكلات العالقة، وتنفيذ مبادرات تحسين الرضا والكفاءة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سابقة في إدارة الفنادق أو الضيافة، ويفضل في منصب إشرافي أو إداري.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة؛ إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وحل المشكلات مع القدرة على تحديد الأولويات واتخاذ القرارات تحت الضغط.
  • شهادة أو دبلوم في إدارة الضيافة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء وعلاقات النزلاء مع التركيز على تقديم تجارب عالية الجودة.
  • إجادة إعداد الميزانيات والإدارة المالية بما في ذلك مراقبة التكاليف ومراقبة الإيرادات.
  • خبرة في مبيعات الفنادق وتطوير الأعمال مثل الحسابات المؤسسية والفعاليات وتحسين الإشغال.
  • معرفة بعمليات الأطعمة والمشروبات ومعايير الخدمة ومراقبة الجودة.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hotel Manager role based in Riyadh. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring consistent service quality and brand standards. Responsibilities include managing staff scheduling and performance, monitoring occupancy and revenue, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to drive bookings and corporate business. The role will also involve budget planning, cost control, and reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. The Hotel Manager will handle key guest relations issues, resolve escalated concerns, and implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, personalized hospitality experiences.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management, including cost control, revenue monitoring, and basic financial reporting.
  • Experience in hotel sales and business development, including corporate accounts, events, and occupancy optimization.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage operations, including service standards, menu coordination, and quality control.
  • Familiarity with front desk and receptionist duties, including reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and use of hotel management systems.
  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management, ideally in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive management style.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
