تعلن شركة هيتاشي ريل (Hitachi Rail) عن توفر وظيفة فني أنظمة التحكم في القطارات (ATC) - الجانبية وعلى متن القطار، للعمل على مشروع مترو الرياض (الخط 3) في منطقة الرياض، بدوام كامل يتضمن العمل بنظام المناوبات (24/7).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مساعدة مشرف ATC في تنفيذ جميع أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لمعدات ATC الجانبية والمعدات على متن القطار.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للمركبات، وفحص الأسطح بحثاً عن العيوب، واستبدال المواد الاستهلاكية، وإجراء الإصلاحات البسيطة والتنظيف الفني.
- تشخيص الأعطال الحساسة للوقت واستبدال المكونات (الإصلاح في الموقع أو داخل المستودع) لنظام ATC (على متن القطار وجانبي).
- اتباع إجراءات وتعليمات الصيانة المناسبة، وقواعد وإجراءات التشغيل لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصيانة.
- إعداد سجلات صيانة دقيقة لنظام ATC والأدوات ومعايرة دوائر المسار والأعمال المنجزة باستخدام نظام إدارة صيانة محوسب.
- مساعدة المشرف في ضمان استخدام الأدوات والمعدات الخاصة التي تمت معايرتها فقط، وتنفيذ المهام وفق توجيهات مشرف نظام ATC.
- تنفيذ عملية تصريح العمل (Permit To Work) والالتزام بإجراءات القفل/الوسم (LOTO) قبل بدء العمل على ماكينات تبديل المسار.
- أداء مهام المناوبات والطوارئ عند الحاجة، ومعايرة دوائر المسار في الخط الرئيسي والتحقق من عمل المرحلات الحيوية (على متن القطار و SER).
- القيام بالأدوار اللازمة لإدارة نظام العمل الآمن، بما في ذلك الالتزام بجداول الصيانة الضيقة، ودعم ممارسات السلامة وفق إجراءات الشركة.
- تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر في تقديم خدمات الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة مهنية تجارية أو دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في صناعة السكك الحديدية، مع خبرة سابقة في صيانة أنظمة الإشارات في المترو.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صيانة معدات الإشارات في السكك الحديدية، مع الإلمام بتداخلات وعواقب الأعطال في أنظمة الإشارات في المترو.
- خبرة سابقة في صيانة أنظمة المترو، وتركيب البنية التحتية الجديدة، وفحص المسارات، وفحص الإعدادات والمعايرة للمعدات.
- القدرة على كتابة تقارير فنية بسيطة ومراسلات عمل روتينية، وإعداد بيانات الطرق والرسومات حسب الحاجة.
- معرفة بأساليب ومواد ومعدات وإجراءات السلامة.
- خبرة في تحويل القاطرات وقيادة المركبات الهندسية و/أو القاطرات (ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات التي تغطي العمليات على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع.

Constantly monitor the performances of the ongoing maintenance regime to ensure continual improvement of assets reliability and availability and, at the same time, an optimized lifecycle cost.
Accountabilities
- Assist the ATC Supervisor in carrying out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on ATC Wayside equipment and onboard equipment
- Carry out routine vehicle inspections, inspecting parts for surface defects, changing of consumable items, perform minor repairs and technical cleaning.
- Perform time sensitive fault diagnostics and component replacement (repair on site or inside depot) on the ATC system (Onboard & Wayside).
- Follow the appropriate maintenance procedures and instructions, operating rules and procedures to ensure compliance with the Maintenance requirements.
- Produce and maintain accurate maintenance records of ATC system, tools, calibration of track circuits, work accomplished and other information using a computerized maintenance management system.
- Assist Supervisor in ensuring only tools and special equipment that are calibrated and in date, are used for maintenance Perform and carry out duties as instructed/ directed by the ATC System Supervisor
- Implement and follow Permit To Work process
- Implement the LOTO procedure before commencement of work on the track switch machines for any maintenance related activities
- Perform shift and emergency duties when required.
- Perform calibration of track circuits in the mainline & also verify the functioning of the vital relays (Onboard & SER)
- Perform roles necessary for the management of the safe system of work, including meeting tight maintenance schedules.
- Uphold Safety practices at all times in accordance with company procedures.
- Implement a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance delivery.
- 2-3 years of experience in Railway industry.
- Ability to write simple technical reports, routine business correspondence, prepare method statements and drawings as required
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Prior experience in shunting and driving engineering vehicles and/or locomotives would be an added advantage
- Vocational trade certificate or diploma in electrical or electronics engineering discipline or equivalent
- Installing and commissioning new infrastructure.
- Inspecting track.
- Checking the settings and calibrations on an OTM prior to use on the running line.
- Operating an OTM that alters the track profile.
- Operating a vehicle on the permanent way to carry out maintenance on the permanent way or supporting structures, including the use of rail, road/rail, road wheeled or tracked vehicles.
- Protecting people working on or near the track
- Protecting people in possessions.
- Vocational trade certificate or diploma in electrical or electronics engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Knowledge of methods, materials, equipment and safety procedures.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of rail equipment to include Vehicle.
- Safely operate vehicles, emergency trucks and other equipment and vehicles.
- Ability to write simple technical reports.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to adhere to policies, rules and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Team player, able to support fellow team members and colleagues.
- This role works on a shift basis covering 24/7 operations.
- A Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Previous metro system maintenance experience.
- 2 -3 years of experience in maintenance of signaling equipment in railway industry.
- Should be completely aware of the interference & consequences of a failure in signaling systems in a metro.
- Ability to write simple technical reports, routine business correspondence, prepare method statements and drawings as required.
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
