Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients and referral partners, promoting Eradah’s rehabilitation services, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and referral sources.
• Promote Eradah’s rehabilitation services to potential clients and partners.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development (healthcare experience is preferred).
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience is a plus).
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
