تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن توفر وظيفة مهندس CAD (CAD Engineer) في السعودية، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن برمجة وتشغيل وتحسين عمليات التصنيع باستخدام ماكينات CNC ذات 5 محاور لتصنيع قوالب الصب وإصلاحها وإنتاج المكونات الدقيقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير برامج ماكينات CNC باستخدام برامج CAD/CAM مثل Tebis وMastercam.
  • إنشاء وتحسين مسارات الأدوات لعمليات الطحن والحفر والتجويف والتشطيب.
  • إعداد استراتيجيات التصنيع لقوالب الحقن واللكمات وقوالب التشذيب والمكونات.
  • إجراء محاكاة التصنيع والتحقق من صحة البرامج قبل الإصدار للإنتاج.
  • تحسين أوقات الدورة مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة المطلوبة.
  • دعم أنشطة تصنيع القوالب الجديدة وتعديلها.
  • برمجة وتصنيع مكونات القوالب البديلة أثناء الصيانة والتغييرات الهندسية.
  • التعاون مع مهندسي تصميم القوالب لتحسين قابلية تصنيع المكونات.
  • دعم أنشطة تجربة القوالب وحل المشكلات.
  • تحليل أداء التصنيع وتنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
  • تحسين معايير القطع واختيار الأدوات وسرعات التغذية وأعماق القطع.
  • تقليل تكاليف التصنيع وأوقات الإعداد واستهلاك الأدوات.
  • تطوير إجراءات التصنيع الموحدة وأفضل الممارسات.
  • التأكد من مطابقة المكونات لمتطلبات الرسم والتسامح الهندسي (GD&T).
  • التنسيق مع فريق القياس للتحقق من الأبعاد.
  • مراجعة تقارير الفحص وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
  • الحفاظ على وثائق التصنيع والتحكم في المراجعات.
  • المشاركة في تقييم المخاطر وعمليات التدقيق.
  • دعم إعداد ماكينات CNC وحل المشكلات.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الصيانة لمتطلبات الصيانة الوقائية.
  • التوصية بأدوات وتجهيزات وتقنيات تصنيع جديدة.
  • دعم تطبيق مبادرات الصناعة 4.0 والتصنيع الرقمي.
  • اتباع جميع لوائح السلامة وإجراءات الشركة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة إدارة الجودة ومعايير التصنيع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • من 2 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة في تصنيع قوالب الختم أو إصلاح القوالب أو بيئات التصنيع الدقيقة.
  • خبرة عملية مع برامج CAD/CAM مثل Tebis وMastercam لبرمجة CNC وإنشاء مسارات الأدوات.
  • معرفة قوية بعمليات التصنيع باستخدام ماكينات CNC ذات 5 محاور واستراتيجيات التصنيع وتحسين العمليات.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية والتسامح الهندسي (GD&T) والمواصفات الفنية.

The CAD Engineer is responsible for programming, operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting 5-axis CNC machining processes for casting die manufacturing, die repair, and precision component production. This role requires strong expertise in CAD/CAM software such as Tebis and Mastercam for CNC programming, toolpath generation, machining simulation, and process optimization. The engineer will collaborate closely with the Die Design, Metrology, and Maintenance teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective machining operations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

CNC Programming & Machining

  • Develop CNC machine programs using CAD/CAM software like Tebis, Master CAM & equivalent software.
  • Generate and optimize tool paths for milling, drilling, boring, and finishing operations.
  • Create machining strategies for die inserts, punch blocks, trim steels, and die components.
  • Perform machining simulations and validate programs before release to production.
  • Optimize cycle times while maintaining required quality standards.

Die Manufacturing & Repair

  • Support new die manufacturing and die modification activities.
  • Program and machine replacement die components during maintenance and engineering changes.
  • Collaborate with Die Design Engineers to improve the manufacturability of die components.
  • Support die tryout and troubleshooting activities.

Process Optimization

  • Analyze machining performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize cutting parameters, tooling selection, feeds, and speeds.
  • Reduce machining costs, setup times, and tool consumption.
  • Develop standardized machining procedures and best practices.

Quality & Inspection

  • Ensure machine components meet drawing and GD&T requirements.
  • Coordinate with Metrology team for dimensional validation.
  • Review inspection reports and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Maintain machining documentation and revision contro

Equipment & Technology Support Participate in risk assessments and process audits.

  • Support CNC machine setup and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance requirements with maintenance teams.
  • Recommend new tooling, fixtures, and machining technologies.
  • Support implementation of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing initiatives. Safety & Compliance
    • Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and manufacturing standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in stamping die manufacturing, die repair, or precision machining environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software such as Tebis and Mastercam for CNC programming and toolpath generation.
  • Strong knowledge of 5-axis CNC machining processes, machining strategies, and process optimization.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications
