شركة Mace، المتخصصة في الجمع بين خبرة الإنشاءات والاستشارات، تبحث عن مدير BIM للعمل في الرياض على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية. يشمل هذا المشروع الفريد تطويراً متعدد الاستخدامات يضم مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية وجميع البنى التحتية المرتبطة بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم فرق تسليم المشروع طوال دورة الحياة الكاملة، وضمان دمج عمليات BIM والرقمية بفعالية وفقاً لمنهجية Mace.
- تقييم متطلبات الموارد للمشروع ودعم التوظيف وتطوير القدرات داخل فرق BIM.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تنفيذ BIM (BEPs) ومتطلبات المعلومات (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR) واستراتيجيات التسليم الرقمي للعميل بما يتوافق مع ISO 19650.
- إنشاء وصيانة بروتوكولات حوكمة وضمان وأمن قوية لإدارة المعلومات، بما في ذلك الإشراف على إنتاج النماذج والتحقق والتسليم الرقمي.
- قيادة تطوير معايير BIM والأساليب والإجراءات والموارد المشتركة ومكتبات الكائنات بما يتماشى مع الاستراتيجية التنظيمية.
- مراقبة الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح المطبقة، ودفع التحسين المستمر وتحديد الفرص لتعزيز التسليم الرقمي.
- الإشراف على استخدام المنصات الرقمية وتحسينها (مثل Autodesk Construction Cloud)، وضمان التحكم الفعال في المستندات والتنسيق وتبادل المعلومات.
- دعم تخطيط المشروع وتسليمه من خلال المدخلات القائمة على النماذج، بما في ذلك تسلسل الإنشاءات وتخطيط التكاليف.
- تقديم التدريب ورفع المهارات وتبادل المعرفة مع فرق العميل ومديري المشاريع وفرق التصميم لتعزيز القدرة الرقمية.
- الحفاظ على مشاركة قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة، والتأثير بفعالية على كبار أصحاب المصلحة وتعزيز علاقات العمل التعاونية.
- البقاء على اطلاع على التطورات الصناعية والتقنيات الناشئة، ودمج الابتكارات لتعزيز عمليات BIM ونتائجها.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للتحول إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، وتحمل مسؤولية التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وتخفيضها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- فهم متقدم لمعايير إدارة المعلومات ISO 19650.
- العضوية المهنية أو الاعتماد (مثل APM أو RICS أو CIOB أو ICE أو AACE أو IRM أو IEMA أو ما يعادلها) يُعد ميزة إضافية.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة ضمن شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع (مطلوبة للموافقة على الهجرة والعميل).

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Support project delivery teams throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring BIM and digital processes are effectively embedded and aligned with the Mace Way.
- Assess project resourcing requirements and support recruitment and capability development within BIM teams.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR) and client digital handover strategies in line with ISO 19650.
- Establish and maintain robust governance, assurance, and security protocols for information management, including oversight of model production, checking, and digital handover.
- Lead the development of BIM standards, methods, procedures, shared resources, and object libraries aligned with organisational strategy.
- Monitor compliance with applicable standards and regulations, driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance digital delivery.
- Oversee and optimise the use of digital platforms (e.g. Autodesk Construction Cloud), ensuring effective document control, coordination, and information exchange.
- Support project planning and delivery through model-based inputs, including construction sequencing and cost planning.
- Provide training, upskilling, and knowledge sharing to client teams, project managers, and design teams to strengthen digital capability.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, effectively influencing senior stakeholders and fostering collaborative working relationships.
- Stay informed on industry developments and emerging technologies, integrating innovations to enhance BIM processes and outcomes.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Advance understanding of ISO 19650 information management standards.
- Professional membership or accreditation (e.g. APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
