تعلن شركة Mace عن فرصة وظيفية لمهندس إنشاءات (أعمال حفر) - للسعوديين، للعمل في الرياض على أحد أكبر برامج التطوير المتكاملة في المملكة، والذي يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع جميع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم التنسيق والإشراف اليومي على حزم الأعمال المبكرة لضمان التسليم وفقاً للبرنامج والتكلفة والجودة.
- المساعدة في إدارة المشتريات والإشراف الفني على حزم الأعمال المبكرة من البداية حتى الاكتمال: بما في ذلك مراجعة الرسومات وبيانات الطرق وخطط التفتيش والرسومات التنفيذية ومقدمات المواد من المقاول وضمان التوافق مع التصاميم المعتمدة والمتطلبات النظامية.
- مراقبة الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع بما في ذلك أعمال الحفر والمرافق وأعمال الطرق والصرف الصحي والمنشآت والأعمال المؤقتة، مع الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة ودعم حل المشكلات مع المدراء الأعلى.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للموقع وتقارير التقدم وعمليات التفتيش ووثائق "كما تم البناء"، وتتبع الأنشطة المخططة مقابل الفعلية عبر المقاولين من الباطن.
- بناء علاقات عمل قوية مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن، ودعم إدارة الواجهات وحل مشكلات البناء اليومية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (الهندسة، إدارة الإنشاءات أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة في تنفيذ مشاريع إنشائية كبيرة الحجم داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ مشاريع إنشائية ضمن فرق متنوعة ومعقدة.
- الوعي بمعايير الاستدامة وخفض الكربون والصحة والسلامة والرفاهية.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Support daily coordination and supervision of early works packages ensuring delivery aligns with programme, cost, and quality requirements.
- Assist in the procurement, management, and technical oversight of early works packages from initiation to completion: including reviewing drawings, method statements, ITPs, shop drawings and material submissions from the contractor and ensure alignment with approved designs and statutory/authority requirements.
- Monitor daily site activities including earthworks, utilities, roadworks, drainage, structures, and temporary works, flagging non conformances and supporting issue resolution with the Senior Managers.
- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, inspections, and as-built documentation, tracking planned vs. actual activities across subcontractors.
- Build strong working relationships with contractors and subcontractors, supporting interface management and resolving day to day construction issues.
- Support HSE and quality initiatives through site inspections, inductions, compliance checks, and application of digital tools and project management systems.
- Educated to Degree level in a relevant field (Engineering, Construction Management or Similar).
- Experience delivering large scale construction projects within Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience delivering construction projects within complex, diverse teams.
- Awareness of sustainability, carbon reduction, and health, safety, wellbeing standards.
