شركة Mace تبحث عن Senior Reporting Manager للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه فرصة للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية، وهو مشروع فريد يتضمن تطويراً متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع جميع البنى التحتية المرتبطة بها. Mace هي أحد شركاء التوصيل الذين يحتاجون إلى محترفين ذوي خبرة عالية لقيادة فرق متكاملة خلال كل مرحلة من مراحل المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة أدوات/نماذج لجمع حالة البرنامج من أصحاب المصلحة.
- إدارة إنتاج التقارير الدورية والمخصصة والتحقق من صحتها وتوزيعها.
- إنشاء والإشراف على الجداول الزمنية لتقديم التقارير والمراجعات.
- دمج البيانات وإصدار لوحات المعلومات ورفع المخاطر/المشكلات حسب الحاجة.
- تحديد متطلبات لوحات المعلومات وضمان توافق التوصيل مع احتياجات المستخدمين.
- تنفيذ إجراءات إعداد التقارير المتسقة وإجراء مراجعات الجودة.
- استخدام SharePoint وPowerBI وPMIS ونمذجة البيانات لضمان رؤى موثوقة وقابلة للتتبع.
- دعم عمليات إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالتكلفة والجدول الزمني والتغيير والمخاطر والأداء.
- تيسير المراجعات وضمان الشفافية في التقارير والاستجابة بشكل مهني.
- تحديد تحسينات العمليات والبقاء على اطلاع بأفضل الممارسات والأدوات.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للتحول إلى صافي انبعاثات صفرية والمشاركة في تحديد وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وخفضها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية ذات صلة أو ما يعادلها.
- التقدم نحو الزمالة مع هيئة مهنية معترف بها والتطوير المهني المستمر.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة PMO وProject Controls في مشاريع معقدة.
- قيادة مثبتة في الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية، مع تحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس ودمج أفضل الممارسات.
- معرفة قوية وتطبيق للتشريعات ذات الصلة داخل بيئات تنظيمية معقدة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وهو مطلوب لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

- مهارات تواصل فعّالة مع قدرة تحليلية.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and maintain tools/forms to collect programme status from stakeholders.
- Manage production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Establish and oversee timelines for report submissions and reviews.
- Consolidate, review, and issue dashboards; escalate risks/issues as needed.
- Define dashboard requirements and ensure delivery aligns with user needs.
- Implement consistent reporting procedures and conduct quality reviews.
- Use SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modelling to ensure traceable, reliable insights.
- Support cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes.
- Facilitate reviews, ensure transparent reporting, and respond professionally.
- Identify process enhancements and stay updated on best practices and tools.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
