تسعى شركة ماس (Mace) إلى تعيين مدير هندسة مشارك - MEP (M4) للإشراف على تسليم أنظمة MEP والبنية التحتية في مشروع ترفيهي وضيافة فاخر كبير بالرياض، بالتعاون مع مهندسين معماريين عالميين واستشاريين دوليين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تسليم أنظمة MEP الرئيسية للبنية التحتية (الكهرباء، التبريد المركزي، المياه، المرافق) من التصميم حتى التشغيل والتسليم.
- الإشراف على دورة حياة MEP بالكامل، بما في ذلك البرنامج، السلامة والصحة المهنية، الجودة، التشغيل، وإغلاق المشروع.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية والتجارية عبر المناقصات والمشتريات وتسليم العقود.
- إدارة وتوجيه مراجعات التصميم، وضمان الامتثال والتنسيق والمواءمة مع المعايير الهندسية.
- قيادة استراتيجيات تخطيط المشروع والتسليم، بما يشمل التسلسل والخدمات اللوجستية ونهج التشغيل (IST، ATP، Soft Landings).
- قيادة التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة والتأثير على العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والإدارة العليا (حتى مستوى C-suite).
- إدارة وتطوير فرق MEP متعددة التخصصات الكبيرة، ودفع الأداء والسلوكيات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للتحول إلى صافي انبعاثات صفرية، والمشاركة في تحديد وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وخفضها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة خدمات المباني (أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في تسليم مشاريع MEP/البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق في بيئات معقدة.
- خبرة فنية قوية عبر الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والصحة العامة والأنظمة المتكاملة (BMS, SCADA, FLS، إلخ).
- قدرة مثبتة في إدارة التصميم والتشغيل وتسليم دورة حياة المشروع بالكامل.
- فهم متقدم لتخطيط البرامج والتسلسل وإدارة المسار الحرج.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وهو مطلوب للهجرة وموافقة العميل.

Mace is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director - Electrical Engineering to lead the delivery of major Infrastructure and MEP systems across a complex, large-scale remote programme.

Mace is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director - Electrical Engineering to lead the delivery of major Infrastructure and MEP systems across a complex, large-scale remote programme.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead the delivery of major infrastructure MEP systems (power, district cooling, water, utilities) from design through to commissioning and handover.
- Oversee full MEP lifecycle, including programme, HSW, quality, commissioning and project close-out.
- Provide technical and commercial leadership across tendering, procurement, and contract delivery.
- Manage and direct design reviews, ensuring compliance, coordination, and alignment with engineering standards.
- Drive project planning and delivery strategies, including sequencing, logistics, and commissioning approaches (IST, ATP, Soft Landings).
- Lead stakeholder engagement, influencing clients, consultants, contractors, and senior leadership (up to C-suite).
- Manage and develop large multi-disciplinary MEP teams, driving performance, behaviours and KPIs.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 15 years experience delivering large-scale MEP/infrastructure projects across complex environments.
- Strong technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, public health, and integrated systems (BMS, SCADA, FLS, etc.).
- Proven capability in design management, commissioning and full project lifecycle delivery.
- Advanced understanding of programme planning, sequencing and critical path management.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
