شركة Mace تعلن عن وظيفة مدير مخاطر (Risk Manager) في الرياض، للمشاركة في أحد أكبر البرامج الإنشائية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه فرصة للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية. يتكون هذا المشروع الفريد من تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها. Mace هي أحد شركاء التوصيل وتتطلب محترفين ذوي خبرة عالية لقيادة فرق متكاملة خلال كل مرحلة من المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترويج لقيم السلامة أولاً وتطبيق سلطة إيقاف العمل بثقة وتعزيز معايير الرفاهية.
- إظهار سلوكيات قيادية تتماشى مع القيم التنظيمية وتوجيه وتدريب الموظفين المبتدئين.
- تنفيذ وتحسين أطر المخاطر وسجلاتها ولوحات البيانات وعمليات إعداد التقارير بشكل مستمر.
- تيسير ورش العمل والمراجعات والتقييمات المتعلقة بالمخاطر لتحديد وتقييم وتخفيف مخاطر المشروع.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لدمج ضوابط المخاطر في الخطط والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات.
- مراقبة التغيرات في التعرض للمخاطر وفعالية الضوابط، ودفع التخفيف في الوقت المناسب والتحسين المستمر.
- دعم مراجعات المخاطر وورش العمل وعمليات التدقيق وأنشطة الضمان لتعزيز الامتثال لمتطلبات الحوكمة وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
- الشراكة مع فرق المشروع لدمج إدارة المخاطر في تخطيط المشروع وتسليمه وجداوله الزمنية وميزانياته.
- ضمان جودة عالية لبيانات المخاطر والامتثال لأفضل الممارسات والمراقبة الاستباقية لملفات المخاطر المتغيرة.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للتحول إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، والمشاركة في تحديد وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وتخفيضاتها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية أو دبلوم مناسب في إدارة المخاطر أو الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع.
- التقدم نحو الحصول على الزمالة المهنية من هيئة معترف بها مع التطوير المهني المستمر.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في قيادة المخاطر على مشاريع كبرى، ويفضل أن تكون في المملكة العربية السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة قوية في أدوات المخاطر والتحليلات والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع، وهي مطلوبة للموافقة على الهجرة والموافقة من العميل.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Champion safety-first values, confidently applying stop-work authority and promoting wellbeing standards.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviours aligned with organisational values, mentoring and coaching junior staff.
- Implement and continuously improve risk frameworks, registers, dashboards and reporting processes.
- Facilitate risk workshops, reviews, and assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk controls into plans, schedules and budgets.
- Monitor changes to risk exposure and the effectiveness of controls, driving timely mitigation and continuous improvement.
- Support risk reviews, workshops, audits, and assurance activities to promote compliance with governance requirements and industry best practice.
- Partner with project teams to embed risk management into project planning, delivery, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure high-quality risk data, compliance with best practice, and proactive monitoring of changing risk profiles.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or diploma in risk management, engineering or project management.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- 10+ years’ risk leadership experience on major projects, ideally in KSA/Middle East.
- Strong expertise in risk tools, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
