المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في دراسات الجدوى واستراتيجيات المشتريات واختيار العقود وإعداد تقارير المشتريات لدعم تسليم المشروع.
- دعم أنشطة إدارة القيمة والتقدير والتخطيط التكلفي لوضع خطط تكلفة دقيقة وفعالة.
- المشاركة في عملية المشتريات الكاملة بما في ذلك التأهيل المسبق واستفسارات المناقصة وتحليل العروض واختيار المقاولين وإعداد العقود.
- المساعدة في إعداد وثائق العقود والضمانات والسندات والتراخيص والتقييمات وإدارة التغييرات التعاقدية وفقاً للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- دعم مراقبة التكاليف والتقارير المالية وتحليل التكاليف ومراقبة تغييرات التصميم وترسيات العقود وأنشطة البناء والتكاليف ذات الصلة بالعميل.
- المساهمة في أنشطة إدارة العقود بما في ذلك الإنجاز العملي والحسابات النهائية وإصدار شهادات تصحيح العيوب وعمليات الإنجاز النهائي.
- تقديم دعم إدارة التكاليف لفرق المشروع وتطوير علاقات فعالة مع أصحاب المصلحة والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الفريق والمنطقة.
- توجيه وتدريب أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين مع تعزيز ممارسات العمل التعاوني ودعم مبادرات الحياد الكربوني من خلال الإدارة الاستباقية للكربون واستراتيجيات خفضه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية (شرط أساسي).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال دعم التخطيط التكلفي والقياس والتغيرات وإعداد التقارير.

The Project
A Large multipurpose Venue for long-term use as a versatile hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Assists with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, contract selection, and preparation of procurement reports to support project delivery.
- Supports value management, estimating, and cost planning activities to develop accurate and effective project cost plans.
- Participates in the full procurement process, including prequalification, tender enquiries, bid analysis, contractor selection, and contract preparation.
- Assists in preparing contract documents, warranties, bonds, licenses, valuations, and management of contract variations in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Supports cost control, financial reporting, cost analysis, and monitoring of design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client-related costs.
- Contributes to contract administration activities, including practical completion, final accounts, defect rectification certification, and final completion processes.
- Provides cost management support to project teams, develops effective relationships with stakeholders, and contributes to the delivery of team and regional objectives.
- Guides and coaches junior team members while promoting collaborative working practices and supporting net zero carbon initiatives through proactive carbon management and reduction strategies.
- Saudi national is required.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience supporting cost planning, measurement, variations, and reporting.
