انضم إلى شركة Mace في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، كمستشار إداري أول للبيئة (جزر وبحرية) لدعم مشروع ترفيهي وضيافة كبير بالتعاون مع مهندسين معماريين عالميين. يشمل المشروع بنية تحتية وأصولاً مبنية واسعة النطاق تُنفذ بسرعة عبر نهج إدارة إنشاءات عملي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تنفيذ الاستراتيجية البيئية للمشروع، وخطط الإدارة، ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- تقديم الإشراف البيئي عبر الأنشطة البحرية والساحلية والجزرية والبنية التحتية والإنشائية.
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين البيئي وضمان الامتثال للتصاريح والموافقات والالتزامات التنظيمية.
- مراجعة واعتماد خطط الإدارة البيئية، وخطط الإنشاءات البيئية، وبيانات الطريقة، وبرامج المراقبة.
- إدارة المخاطر البيئية المرتبطة بالنظم البيئية البحرية، والموائل الساحلية، والتجريف، والاستصلاح، وأنشطة الإنشاءات القريبة من الشاطئ.
- إجراء تفتيشات بيئية دورية، ومراجعات، وتقييمات موقعية لضمان الامتثال لمعايير المشروع.
- الإشراف على تحقيقات الحوادث البيئية، وعدم المطابقات، والشكاوى، وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب.
- تنسيق برامج المراقبة البيئية بما في ذلك جودة المياه البحرية، ومكافحة الرواسب، والبيئة، ومتطلبات التنوع البيولوجي.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في علوم البيئة، أو الهندسة البيئية، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة واسعة في الإدارة البيئية في مشاريع البنية التحتية أو الإنشاءات أو التطوير الكبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المتطلبات البيئية في مشاريع بحرية أو ساحلية أو جزرية أو واجهة مائية.
- فهم قوي للوائح البيئية والتصاريح ومتطلبات الامتثال في الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة في إدارة الاستشاريين البيئيين والمقاولين والمستشارين المتخصصين.
- معرفة قوية بالبيئة البحرية والمراقبة البيئية وإجراءات التخفيف.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو جهة العميل أو البرامج الكبرى.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرات اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع.

Mace is seeking an experienced senior environmental manager to support the delivery of a major programme in Saudi Arabia.
This is a senior site-based role responsible for leading all environmental management activities across a complex marine and island development environment. The successful candidate will provide environmental leadership throughout construction, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, project requirements and international best practice standards.
The role requires a hands-on environmental professional with extensive experience managing environmental risks associated with marine, coastal, dredging, reclamation, waterfront, and island developments, while working closely with contractors, consultants, authorities and project stakeholders.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage the implementation and management of the project's environmental strategy, management plans and compliance requirements.
- Provide environmental oversight across marine, coastal, island, infrastructure and construction activities.
- Monitor contractor environmental performance and ensure compliance with environmental permits, approvals and regulatory obligations.
- Review and approve environmental management plans, construction environmental plans, method statements and monitoring programmes.
- Manage environmental risks associated with marine ecosystems, coastal habitats, dredging, reclamation and nearshore construction activities.
- Conduct regular environmental inspections, audits and site assessments to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Supervise investigations into environmental incidents, non-conformances and complaints, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate environmental monitoring programmes including marine water quality, sediment control, ecology and biodiversity requirements.
- Engage with environmental authorities and regulatory agencies on permitting, reporting and compliance matters.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, contractors and consultants on environmental issues and best practices.
- Promote environmental awareness and sustainability initiatives across all aspects of project delivery.
- Monitor and report environmental performance, risks and compliance status to senior project leadership.
- Support the management of stakeholder concerns relating to environmental impacts and mitigation measures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and environmental performance enhancements across the project.
- Ensure environmental requirements are fully integrated into construction planning, delivery and operational readiness activities.
- A degree qualification in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related discipline.
- Extensive environmental management experience on major infrastructure, construction or development projects.
- Proven experience managing environmental requirements on marine, coastal, island or waterfront developments.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, permitting and compliance requirements within the Middle East.
- Experience managing environmental consultants, contractors and specialist advisors.
- Strong knowledge of marine ecology, environmental monitoring and mitigation measures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within PMC, client-side or major programme environments.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
