شركة Mace تبحث عن Senior Construction Manager (Roads, Utilities & Infrastructure) للعمل في موقع تبوك املج، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن بيئة إدارة مشاريع (PMC) لتقديم مشاريع طرق ومرافق وبنية تحتية واسعة النطاق ضمن مشروع ترفيهي وضيافة فاخر.

توفر هذه الوظيفة فرصة للانضمام إلى فريق Mace المتميز في تقديم مشروع رئيسي للترفيه والضيافة الفاخرة، بالتعاون مع مهندسين معماريين مشهورين واستشاريين عالميين. يشمل المشروع بنية تحتية وأصولاً مبنية واسعة النطاق، ويتم تسليمها بسرعة عبر نهج إدارة إنشاءات عملي. يتطلب الدور مدير إنشاءات أول ذا خبرة لدعم تسليم مشاريع الطرق والمرافق والبنية التحتية الرئيسية. ستعمل ضمن بيئة PMC وتقدم قيادة إنشائية ميدانية عبر محفظة معقدة من أعمال الطرق والمرافق والبنية التحتية التمكينية، مع التركيز على دفع أداء المقاولين وإدارة واجهات أصحاب المصلحة وضمان التسليم وفق البرنامج والجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة والإشراف على تسليم أعمال الطرق والمرافق والبنية التحتية في الموقع.
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال بأمان وكفاءة ووفقاً للخطط المعتمدة.
- دفع تقدم أعمال الإنشاءات وحل التحديات والمخاطر الميدانية بشكل استباقي.
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- مراجعة ومراقبة منهجيات الإنشاءات وخطط التسلسل ومقترحات الأعمال المؤقتة.
- تقديم قيادة ميدانية لفرق الموقع والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في المشروع.
- تنسيق الأنشطة بين المقاولين والاستشاريين والجهات الرسمية وممثلي العميل.
- إدارة الواجهات بين واجهات العمل المتعددة وحزم البنية التحتية لتقليل الاضطرابات والتأخيرات.
- الإشراف على التفتيشات الميدانية واجتماعات التنسيق ومراجعات التقدم لدفع الأداء.
- مراقبة تقدم الإنشاءات مقابل الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة ووضع إجراءات تخفيف عند الحاجة.
- دعم استراتيجيات التعافي والإجراءات التصحيحية للحفاظ على أهداف البرنامج.
- الدفاع عن ثقافة قوية للصحة والسلامة والرفاهية عبر جميع أنشطة الإنشاءات.
- إجراء تدقيق وتفتيشات ميدانية لمراقبة الامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة وضمان إغلاق الإجراءات في الوقت المناسب.
- مراجعة تغييرات المقاولين والمطالبات وطلبات التغيير وتقديم التوصيات عند الضرورة.
- مراقبة الإنتاجية وتوزيع الموارد وأداء المقاولين بشكل عام، والمساهمة في متطلبات إعداد التقارير والحوكمة للمشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- سنوات خبرة واسعة في مشاريع الإنشاءات والبنية التحتية الكبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم أعمال الطرق والطرق السريعة ومرافق البنية التحتية.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة المقاولين والإشراف الميداني.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل داخل بيئة PMC أو استشاري أو من جهة العميل.
- فهم قوي لمنهجيات الإنشاءات والتسلسل وضوابط المشروع.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل.
- خبرة في العمل على برامج البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق في الشرق الأوسط.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع، وهي مطلوبة لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage and oversee the construction delivery of roads, utilities, and infrastructure works on site.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans.
- Drive construction progress and proactively resolve site challenges and delivery risks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Review and monitor construction methodologies, sequencing plans, and temporary works proposals.
- Provide visible leadership across site teams, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities between contractors, consultants, authorities and client representatives.
- Manage interfaces between multiple work fronts and infrastructure packages to minimise disruption and delays.
- Supervise site inspections, coordination meetings and progress reviews to drive performance.
- Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and develop mitigation measures where required.
- Support recovery strategies and corrective actions to maintain programme objectives.
- Champion a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture across all construction activities.
- Conduct site audits and inspections to monitor HSE and quality compliance and ensure timely close-out of actions.
- Review contractor variations, claims and change requests, providing recommendations where necessary.
- Monitor productivity, resource deployment and overall contractor performance, contributing to project reporting and governance requirements.
- A degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive years of experience within major construction and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience delivering roads, highways, and utility infrastructure works.
- Strong contractor management and site supervision experience.
- Previous experience working within a PMC, consultant, or client-side environment.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure programmes in the Middle East.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
