شركة Mace تعلن عن فرصة للعمل كمدير تجاري أول (Senior Commercial Manager) في قطاع البنى التحتية والمدنية، في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة، وهو مشروع ضخم متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع جميع البنى التحتية المرتبطة بها. تلتزم Mace بقيم السلامة أولاً، التركيز على العميل، النزاهة، وخلق الفرص لتميز فريق العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة الإدارة التجارية لتيار العمل المحدد بدءاً من المشتريات وصولاً إلى الحساب النهائي.
- مراجعة استراتيجيات المشتريات ووثائق المناقصات وتوصيات الحزم.
- تقديم الرقابة التجارية على أنشطة المشتريات الخاصة بالمقاولين.
- تقييم المخاطر التجارية وفرص القيمة الهندسية والفجوات في النطاق.
- إدارة دعم إدارة العقود والحوكمة التجارية.
- مراجعة التغييرات وضبط التغيير والتقارير التجارية.
- دعم التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر العميل والاستشاريين والمقاولين.
- ضمان إدارة التكاليف القوية والتنبؤ المالي وتسوية الحساب النهائي.
- توجيه ودعم المدراء التجاريين ضمن الفريق الأوسع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في المساحة الكمية أو إدارة التكاليف (أو ما يعادلها).
- عضوية مهنية مثل MRICS/RICS (أو ما يعادلها) مع التقدم نحو الزمالة، أو تطور مهني أو شخصي مماثل مثبت.
- خبرة في الإدارة التجارية لأعمال التمكين والهندسة المدنية والأعمال الترابية والمرافق وحزم البنى التحتية في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، مع سجل مثبت في تسليم مشاريع الحفر الضخمة والبنى التحتية وتطوير المواقع، وإدارة المشاريع من المشتريات وإشراك المقاولين من الباطن عبر إدارة العقود والرقابة التجارية والوصول إلى اتفاق الحساب النهائي الناجح.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead the commercial management of a designated workstream from procurement through final account.
- Review procurement strategies, tender documentation and package recommendations.
- Provide commercial oversight of contractor procurement activities.
- Assess commercial risks, value engineering opportunities and scope gaps.
- Manage contract administration support and commercial governance.
- Review variations, change control and commercial reporting.
- Support stakeholder engagement across client, consultants and contractors.
- Ensure robust cost management, forecasting and final account settlement.
- Mentor and support commercial managers within the wider team.
- Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experienced in the commercial management of enabling works, civil engineering, earthworks, utilities, and infrastructure packages across the GCC region, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale excavation, infrastructure, and site development projects. Managed projects from procurement and subcontractor engagement through contract administration, commercial control, and successful final account agreement.
