تعلن شركة Mace، الرائدة في مجال الاستشارات والإنشاءات، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية للتعيين في مشروع ضخم في المملكة العربية السعودية. تبحث الشركة عن مدير امتثال تصميم أول - مهندس معماري (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في الرياض، ضمن فريق المهندس الاستشاري للمشروع. ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان الامتثال المعماري وجودة التصميم خلال مرحلة البناء في أحد أكبر البرامج التنموية في المملكة، والذي يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرافقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل ضمن فريق المهندس الاستشاري لتقديم مراجعة مستقلة والتحقق والموافقة على مخرجات التصميم والبناء المعماري.
- قيادة امتثال التصميم المعماري أثناء البناء، وضمان توافق جميع الأعمال مع الرسومات المعتمدة للمقاولة (IFC) والمواصفات ومتطلبات صاحب العمل.
- مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) ومقدمات المواد والنماذج الأولية (Mock-ups) وطلبات الاستفسار (RFIs) وجداول التشطيبات.
- تقديم ضمان موقعي للتركيبات المعمارية بما في ذلك الواجهات والتشطيبات الداخلية وأعمال المجال العام والعناصر التخصصية.
- ضمان الالتزام بنية التصميم والجماليات ومعايير الجودة، خاصة في البيئات عالية الجودة والموجهة بالتصميم.
- تحديد وإدارة الانحرافات التصميمية وعدم الامتثال والمخاطر الفنية، والعمل مع المقاولين ومستشاري التصميم لحلها.
- الإشراف على التنسيق بين التخصصات المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP)، وضمان التكامل الناجح عبر الواجهات المعقدة والمقيدة.
- مراجعة والتحقق من أنظمة الواجهات وأداء الغلاف الخارجي وتفاصيل التشطيبات، والتأكد من الامتثال لمتطلبات الأداء والمتانة.
- دعم إصدار تعليمات المهندس والموافقات وشهادات الامتثال التصميمي وفقاً للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- التواصل مع المقاولين وفرق الإشراف والاستشاريين لضمان تفسير وتنفيذ واضحين لمتطلبات التصميم في الموقع.
- دعم عمليات التفتيش الحكومية والموافقات والامتثال التنظيمي.
- المشاركة في النماذج الأولية واعتماد العينات والتفتيش ومعالجة العيوب والتسليم، وضمان تحقيق الجودة والمعايير التشغيلية المطلوبة.
- تقديم تقارير عن حالة الامتثال التصميمي والمخاطر وتقدم البناء لأصحاب المصلحة التنفيذيين.
- العمل بروح تعاونية نحو الهدف المشترك للانتقال إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، والمشاركة في تحديد وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية والتخفيضات المرتبطة بها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في الامتثال التصميمي المعماري أو إدارة التصميم أو ضمان الهندسة أثناء مرحلة البناء.
- خبرة قوية في العمل لصالح أو إلى جانب المهندس الاستشاري في مشاريع كبرى بموجب عقود FIDIC أو عقود مماثلة.
- خبرة عملية في مراجعة واعتماد المقدمات المعمارية (Architectural Submittals) والرسومات التنفيذية والتركيبات الموقعية.
- خلفية قوية في التشطيبات عالية الجودة والواجهات والبيئات الموجهة بالتصميم (مثل الضيافة والاستخدامات المختلطة والمجال العام).
- خبرة في تسليم مشاريع تطويرية كبيرة ومعقدة وعالية المستوى.
- فهم قوي للمواد والتفاصيل الإنشائية وأنظمة الواجهات ومنهجيات البناء.
- خبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط مع معرفة بالمتطلبات التنظيمية والحكومية (يفضل المملكة العربية السعودية).
- يفضل الحصول على اعتماد مهني معترف به (RIBA أو AIA أو ما يعادله).
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل الفني.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة ضمن شركة استشارية لإدارة المشاريع (مطلوب لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية ومراجعة فنية دقيقة للتصاميم المعمارية.
- القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بالانحرافات التصميمية.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفهية ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (يفضل).
- إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم وإدارة المشاريع (مثل AutoCAD و Revit و BIM 360).
- فهم عميق لإجراءات الجودة والتفتيش الموقعي.
- مهارات قيادية لتوجيه الفرق المتعددة التخصصات.

Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Design Compliance Manager - Architecture to support a major programme currently in the construction phase, acting in the capacity of the Engineer.
In this role, you will provide independent architectural design assurance and compliance oversight, ensuring that all architectural works are delivered in accordance with the approved design, Employer’s Requirements and applicable codes. You will play a key role in protecting design intent, maintaining quality standards and resolving design-related challenges during construction, particularly across complex, high-profile developments.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Act as part of the Engineer’s team, providing independent review, verification and approval of architectural design and construction deliverables.
- Lead architectural design compliance during construction, ensuring all works align with approved IFC drawings, specifications and Employer’s Requirements.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, RFIs and finishing schedules.
- Provide site-based assurance of architectural installations, including façades, internal finishes, public realm works and specialist elements.
- Ensure adherence to design intent, aesthetics and quality standards, particularly for high-end, design-led environments.
- Identify and manage design deviations, non-compliance and technical risks, driving resolution with contractors and design consultants.
- Oversee coordination between architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, ensuring successful integration across constrained and complex interfaces.
- Review and verify façade systems, envelope performance and finishing details, ensuring compliance with performance and durability requirements.
- Support the issuance of Engineer’s Instructions, approvals and design compliance certifications, in line with contractual requirements.
- Interface with contractors, supervision teams and consultants to ensure clear interpretation and execution of design requirements on site.
- Support authority inspections, approvals and statutory compliance processes.
- Participate in mock-ups, sample approvals, inspections, snagging and handover, ensuring delivery meets required quality and operational standards.
- Provide reporting on design compliance status, risks and construction progress to senior stakeholders.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Degree qualified in Architecture or related discipline.
- Proven experience in architectural design compliance, design management or engineering assurance during construction.
- Strong experience acting for or alongside the Engineer on major projects under FIDIC or similar contracts.
- Demonstrable experience reviewing and approving architectural submittals, shop drawings and site installations.
- Strong background in high-end finishes, façades and design-led environments (e.g. hospitality, mixed-use, public realm).
- Experience delivering large-scale, complex or high-profile developments.
- Strong understanding of materials, detailing, façade systems and construction methodologies.
- Experience within the Middle East, with knowledge of authority and regulatory requirements (KSA preferred).
- Professional accreditation (RIBA, AIA or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
