المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتطوير فريق التصميم عبر وضع الأهداف وإدارة الأداء وتعزيز ثقافة عالية الأداء تتماشى مع قيم المنظمة ومتطلبات السلامة.
- الإشراف على تقارير تقدم التصميم والتحليلات وإدارة المخاطر، وتحديد المشكلات وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف والهندسة القيمية.
- توجيه المراجعات الفنية للتصميم لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع وموجزات التصميم وهندسة الأنظمة (BIM, GIS) والابتكار والمعايير ذات الصلة.
- إدارة عملية التصميم من المفهوم إلى وثائق البناء، وتنسيق الاستشاريين وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع وطرق العمل.
- ضمان ملاءمة جميع التصاميم للغرض المقصود، وتضمين مبادئ السلامة في التصميم وعمليات ضمان الجودة والامتثال التنظيمي ومتطلبات اعتماد التصميم.
- قيادة تنسيق الواجهات بين أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لإدارة الآثار على جداول المشروع والميزانيات والجودة ونتائج التسليم.
- ضمان توافق تطوير التصميم مع خطط التكلفة المعتمدة وأهداف العمل والمتطلبات التشغيلية وإجراءات إدارة التغيير، بما في ذلك تقييم تغييرات التصميم.
- الإشراف على تطوير هياكل تقسيم العمل في التصميم والهندسة وضمان أن المخرجات تدعم المشتريات والبناء المرحلي وجدولة المشروع وتنفيذه بنجاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15 سنة في إدارة التصميم متعددة التخصصات لمشاريع كبيرة ومعقدة.
- خبرة مثبتة كقائد تقني أول وإدارة استشاريين متعددين وحزم بنية تحتية.
- خبرة قوية في حوكمة التصميم والضمان وإدارة الواجهات المعقدة.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead and develop the design team by setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering a high-performing culture aligned with organizational values and safety requirements.
- Oversee design progress reporting, analytics, and risk management, identifying issues and implementing mitigation and value engineering strategies.
- Direct technical design reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements, design briefs, systems engineering, BIM, GIS, innovation, and relevant standards.
- Manage the design process from concept through construction documentation, coordinating consultants and ensuring alignment with project objectives and ways of working.
- Ensure all designs are fit for purpose, incorporating Safety in Design principles, quality assurance processes, regulatory compliance, and design sign-off requirements.
- Lead interface coordination among internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage impacts on project schedules, budgets, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Ensure design development aligns with approved cost plans, business objectives, operational requirements, and change management procedures, including assessment of design changes.
- Oversee the development of design and engineering Work Breakdown Structures and ensure deliverables support procurement, construction staging, project phasing, and successful project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related discipline.
- 12-15+ Years’ experience in multi-disciplinary design management on large, complex developments.
- Proven experience acting as a senior technical lead and managing multiple consultants and infrastructure packages.
- Strong experience in design governance, assurance, and complex interface management.
