فرصة للعمل مع شركة Mace في الرياض كمدير تجاري أول (Senior Commercial Manager) للإشراف على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية، وهو مشروع تطوير مختلط ضخم يتضمن مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية وجميع البنى التحتية المرتبطة به. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تقديم قيادة تجارية عليا لمشروع التنس، مع ضمان الحوكمة وإدارة التكاليف والتحكم في التغييرات واعتماد المدفوعات وإدارة العقود، ودعم اتخاذ القرارات وحماية المصالح التجارية للعميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترويج لثقافة سلامة استباقية وقيادة قائمة على القيم.
- قيادة الحوكمة التجارية وإدارة التكاليف وإعداد التقارير واعتماد المدفوعات.
- إدارة التغييرات والمطالبات والمخاطر وإدارة العقود لحماية نتائج المشروع.
- تقديم المشورة التجارية الاستراتيجية وقيادة أصحاب المصلحة وضمان الامتثال عبر المشتريات والتنفيذ.
- تقييم المطالبات والتغييرات وتمديدات الوقت والطلبات التجارية.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن المخاطر التجارية وتوجيه أصحاب المصلحة ودعم التفاوض.
- الحفاظ على حوكمة قوية وسجلات وامتثال وتطوير قدرات الفريق.
- إدارة العقود والتقييمات والمدفوعات والحسابات الختامية مع ضمان الامتثال والتحكم التجاري الفعال.
- تقديم المشورة التعاقدية وإدارة التغييرات والمطالبات وأداء تكاليف المشروع.
- إعداد تقارير تجارية دقيقة ودعم اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة للعميل.
- قيادة الفرق وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة، ودفع التحسين المستمر ونتائج الاستدامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في مسح الكميات أو الإدارة التجارية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يُفضل الحصول على اعتماد مهني (MRICS، AACE، PMP أو ما يعادلها).
- سنوات واسعة من الخبرة التجارية في مشاريع إنشائية كبرى.
- مهارات قوية في الحوكمة التجارية وإدارة العقود وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية والحصول على خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وهو أمر مطلوب لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Provides senior commercial leadership across the tennis project, overseeing governance, cost management, change control, payment certification and contract administration. Supports informed decision-making, safeguards the client’s commercial interests, and ensures effective alignment of cost, risk and procurement outcomes across key stakeholders.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Champions a proactive safety culture and values-led leadership.
- Leads commercial governance, cost management, reporting, and payment certification.
- Manages change, claims, risk, and contract administration to protect project outcomes.
- Provides strategic commercial advice, stakeholder leadership, and compliance across procurement and delivery.
- Assesses claims, variations, time extensions, and commercial submissions.
- Provides commercial risk advice, stakeholder guidance, and negotiation support.
- Maintains robust governance, records, compliance, and team capability development.
- Administers contracts, valuations, payments, and final accounts, ensuring compliance and effective commercial control.
- Provides contractual advice, managing change, claims, and project cost performance.
- Delivers accurate commercial reporting and supports informed client decision-making.
- Leads teams and stakeholder engagement, driving continuous improvement and sustainability outcomes.
- Degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline.
- Professional accreditation preferred (MRICS, AACE, PMP, or equivalent).
- Extensive years of commercial experience on major construction projects.
- Strong commercial governance, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
