شركة Mace توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير أول للطاقة (SME Power Senior Manager) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للمشاركة في أحد أكبر البرامج التطويرية متعددة الاستخدامات في المملكة، والذي يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقييم أصول البنية التحتية للطاقة المقترحة واستراتيجيات نشر الشبكة لضمان التوافق مع احتياجات التطوير، بما في ذلك متطلبات السعة والموقع والجدولة.
- تقديم إرشادات حول تسلسل البناء والتعاون مع فرق التطوير لتحسين تنفيذ أصول وشبكات الطاقة مثل المحطات الفرعية وخطوط النقل وشبكات التوزيع والمحولات ومسارات الكابلات.
- المساهمة في تخطيط المشتريات من خلال تقييم واختبار خيارات التعبئة والتسليم المختلفة لتحقيق أهداف المشروع والتطوير.
- دعم تخطيط الميزانية وتقدير التكاليف من خلال تقديم مدخلات فنية واستراتيجية في المراحل المبكرة من المشروع.
- تقديم رؤى حول الجداول الزمنية للمشروع والمساعدة في تحديد الفجوات البرمجية أو مخاطر الجدولة بشكل استباقي.
- التعرف على المخاطر المحتملة المتعلقة بتسليم المشروع وتنفيذه، ووضع استراتيجيات تخفيف مناسبة لضمان نتائج ناجحة.
- إعداد وتقديم وثائق Stage Gate لمشاريع الطاقة (المرافق الجافة)، بما في ذلك متطلبات الميزانية والتمويل والجداول الزمنية للتطوير ومراحله، واستراتيجية إدارة التصميم والهندسة، وتقييم المخاطر والفرص، واستراتيجيات شراء الاستشاريين والمقاولين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير أو البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة (يفضل الهندسة الكهربائية).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتنفيذ ودمج أنظمة البنية التحتية للطاقة بما في ذلك المحطات الفرعية وخطوط النقل العلوية/تحت الأرض وشبكات التوزيع والتوصيلات بالشبكة.
- الإلمام بعقود FIDIC وغيرها من نماذج الاتفاقيات الدولية المعيارية، خاصة في سياق EPC أو D&B.
- خبرة في تخطيط وتسلسل البنية التحتية للمرافق، خاصة في مشاريع التطوير الحضرية متعددة الاستخدامات أو واسعة النطاق.

The Project

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Assess proposed power infrastructure assets and network deployment strategies to ensure alignment with development needs, including capacity, location, and scheduling requirements.
- Provide guidance on construction sequencing and collaborate with development teams to optimize the implementation of power-related assets and networks such as substations, transmission lines, distribution networks, transformers, and cabling routing.
- Contribute to procurement planning by evaluating and testing different packaging and delivery options to best fulfill project and development objectives.
- Support budget planning and cost estimation by offering technical and strategic input during early project stages.
- Provide insights into project timelines and help identify programmatic gaps or schedule risks proactively.
- Recognize potential risks related to project delivery and execution, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Prepare and present Stage Gate documentation for power (dry utility) projects, including:
- Budget and funding requirements
- Development timelines and phasing
- Design and engineering management strategy
- Risk and opportunity assessment
- Consultant and contractor procurement strategies
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or from an accredited college or university ( Electrical Engineering preferred )
- 15+ Years' experience
- Proven experience in design, delivery, and integration of power infrastructure systems including substations, overhead/underground transmission lines, distribution networks, and grid connections.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and other international standard forms of agreement, particularly in EPC or D&B contexts.
- Expertise in planning and sequencing utility infrastructure, especially within mixed-use or large-scale urban developments.
