شركة Mace، الرائدة في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية وإدارة المشاريع، تبحث عن Lead Landscape للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق إدارة مشاريع استراتيجي لمشاريع تطوير الملاعب والمنشآت الرياضية الكبرى في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الخبرة الفنية أثناء مراجعات التصميم، جلسات الهندسة القيمية، وتقييمات قابلية التنفيذ لعناصر تنسيق المواقع الخاصة بالملاعب.
- تطوير مفاهيم فراغية خارجية مبتكرة تتماشى مع أهداف العميل، قيود الميزانية، والتطلعات البصرية؛ ترجمة رؤية أصحاب المصلحة إلى استراتيجيات تصميم قابلة للتنفيذ.
- دمج تخطيط تنسيق المواقع مع الاحتياجات التشغيلية، وضمان تدفق الحشود بفعالية، الأمن، إمكانية الوصول الشامل (ADA)، وجاهزية أيام الفعاليات.
- قيادة إدارة التصميم الشاملة، والإشراف على الجداول الزمنية، والتنسيق بين التخصصات، والتحكم في الميزانية خلال جميع مراحل المشروع.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ التصميم، وتحديد المواد والنباتات والعناصر الإنشائية مع ضمان الالتزام بلوائح السلامة ومعايير البناء.
- مواءمة وثائق تنسيق المواقع مع حوكمة EPMO، وهياكل التقارير، وبروتوكولات التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان تسليم المشروع بسلاسة.
- الحفاظ على تواصل استباقي مع العميل، وتسهيل التواصل، وجمع الملاحظات، وحل التحديات طوال عملية التصميم.
- التعاون الوثيق مع المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين والمقاولين لضمان التكامل المتماسك بين أنظمة تنسيق المواقع والأنظمة المعمارية، والتحقق من المخرجات النهائية من خلال ضمان الجودة الصارم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، والحصول على خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع (مطلوب للموافقة على الهجرة والعميل).
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في هندسة تنسيق المواقع (Landscape Architecture)، مع خبرة تزيد عن 20 عامًا في إدارة البرامج أو المشاريع أو التصميم.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في هندسة تنسيق المواقع، مع محفظة قوية من مشاريع الملاعب أو الرياضة أو الأماكن العامة الكبيرة.
- اعتماد مهني في تنسيق المواقع أو التخصصات ذات الصلة.

The Project
Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities and introducing robust knowledge-transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Provides expert input during design reviews, value engineering sessions, and constructability assessments for stadium-specific landscape elements.
- Develops innovative outdoor spatial concepts that align with client goals, budget constraints, and visual aspirations, translating stakeholder vision into actionable design strategies.
- Integrates landscape planning with operational needs, ensuring effective crowd flow, security, universal accessibility (ADA compliance), and event-day functionality.
- Leads comprehensive design management, overseeing schedules, interdisciplinary coordination, and budget control throughout all project phases.
- Supervises design execution, specifying materials, vegetation, and structural components while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and construction standards.
- Aligns landscape documentation with EPMO governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder engagement protocols for seamless project delivery.
- Maintains proactive client engagement, facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and resolving challenges throughout the design process.
- Collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cohesive integration between landscape and architectural systems, validating final deliverables through rigorous quality assurance.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture, with over 20 years of experience in Programme, Project, or Design Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio of stadium, sports, or large public venue projects.
- Professional accreditation in landscape or related disciplines.
