شركة Mace تعلن عن فرصة عمل لوظيفة مدير التعافي (Recovery Director) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للمشاركة في أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة، وهو مشروع متعدد الاستخدامات يضم مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية وبنية تحتية مرتبطة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يتولى مدير التعافي مسؤولية قيادة ودفع عملية تعافي مشروع متعثر أو ضعيف الأداء من خلال المراقبة الاستباقية والإدارة والتنسيق مع المقاول الرئيسي والمقاولين من الباطن والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- يركز الدور على استعادة الثقة في تسليم المشروع عبر تطبيق تخطيط قوي ومراقبة التقدم وإدارة الموارد والتنسيق وإعداد التقارير ومبادرات التعافي لضمان تحقيق المعالم التعاقدية وتواريخ الإنجاز الجزئي ومتطلبات الجاهزية التشغيلية وإنجاز المشروع بالكامل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتقييم البرنامج الأساسي للمقاول، وبرنامج التعافي، والمسار الحرج، وتسلسل الأعمال، واستراتيجية المعالم.
- مراقبة التقدم مقابل الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة، والمعالم التعاقدية، وأهداف التعافي، وتحديد التأخيرات ومشكلات الإنتاجية ونواقص المنطق وإخفاقات التنسيق وقيود الموارد التي تؤثر على التسليم.
- تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة استراتيجيات التعافي والتخفيف، والتحقق من تحديثات البرامج والجداول الزمنية التطلعية والمبادرات التعويضية المقدمة من المقاول.
- مراقبة أداء المقاول والمقاولين من الباطن عبر جميع التخصصات ومواقع العمل، وتحديد المقاولين من الباطن ذوي الأداء المتدني، والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية أو استراتيجيات استبدال عند الحاجة.
- ضمان إدارة فعالة للواجهات بين المقاولين من الباطن، وتسلسل العمل، والتنسيق بين التخصصات.
- ترؤس وقيادة اجتماعات التعافي والتنسيق والأداء.
- مراقبة توفر واجهات العمل، وقيود الوصول، وتأثيرات التصميم، وتأخيرات المشتريات، وجاهزية الاختبار والتشغيل، والموافقات الرسمية.
- التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمصممين والمقاولين والمشغلين والجهات الرسمية لإزالة العوائق أمام التسليم.
- دعم تقييم التكاليف المتعلقة بالتعافي، وإجراءات التسريع، ومقترحات التخفيف.
- تقديم مدخلات في الإشعارات التعاقدية المتعلقة بالتأخيرات، أو ضعف الأداء، أو التزامات التعافي.
- مراقبة الآثار على الإنجاز الجزئي، ومعالم التسليم، والجاهزية التشغيلية، وواجهات أصحاب المصلحة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في الهندسة، أو إدارة الإنشاءات، أو إدارة المشاريع، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مجال الإنشاءات واسعة النطاق وتسليم المشاريع.
- الخبرة في بيئات الضيافة، والترفيه، والبنية التحتية، أو المشاريع العملاقة مفضلة.
- الخبرة في بيئات شريك التسليم / إدارة المشاريع الاستشارية (PMC) مفضلة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع، وهو مطلوب للهجرة وموافقة العميل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لبرنامج Primavera P6، وتحليل المسار الحرج، والتخطيط للتعافي، وتسلسل البناء، والاختبار والتشغيل، والجاهزية التشغيلية، وإدارة العقود.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن في مشاريع متعددة التخصصات واسعة النطاق.

The Recovery Director shall be responsible for leading and driving the recovery of a distressed or underperforming project through the proactive monitoring, management and coordination of the Main Contractor, subcontractors, consultants and associated stakeholders.
The role is focused on restoring confidence in project delivery by implementing robust planning, progress monitoring, resource management, coordination, reporting and recovery initiatives to ensure achievement of contractual milestones, sectional completion dates, operational readiness requirements and overall project completion.

You'll Be Responsible For
- Review and assess the contractor’s baseline programme, recovery programme, critical path, sequencing and milestone strategy.
- Monitor progress against approved schedules, contractual milestones, and recovery targets. Identify delays, productivity issues, logic deficiencies, coordination failures and resource constraints impacting delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project recovery and mitigation strategies. Validate programme updates, look-ahead schedules and recovery initiatives submitted by the contractor.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance across all disciplines and work fronts. Identify underperforming subcontractors and recommend corrective actions or replacement strategies where required.
- Ensure subcontractor interfaces, work sequencing and trade coordination are effectively managed.
- Chair and lead recovery, coordination and performance meetings.
- Monitor workface availability, access constraints, design impacts, procurement delays, testing and commissioning readiness and authority approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, operators and authorities to remove obstacles to delivery.
- Support assessment of recovery-related costs, acceleration measures and mitigation proposals.
- Provide input into contractual notifications relating to delays, non-performance, or recovery obligations.
- Monitor impacts to sectional completion, taking over milestones, operational readiness and stakeholder interfaces.
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15+ years’ experience in large-scale construction and project delivery.
- Strong understanding of Primavera P6, critical path analysis, recovery planning, construction sequencing, testing and commissioning, operational readiness and contract administration.
- Demonstrated experience managing contractors and subcontractors on large multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience within hospitality, entertainment, infrastructure, or giga-project environments preferred.
- Experience within delivery partner / PMC environments preferred.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
