تقدم شركة Mace فرصة للعمل كـ Senior Technical Manager (Solid Waste) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن أحد أكبر البرامج التطويرية في المملكة والذي يشمل مشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات (رياضية، ترفيهية، فنية) مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ مخرجات خطة العمل السنوية ضمن المواعيد النهائية ومتطلبات الميزانية المحددة.
- قيادة وإدارة الموارد التقنية المرتبطة ببنية النفايات الصلبة، والإشراف على أنشطة التسليم وضمان التوافق مع أهداف البرنامج.
- تقديم بيانات مراجعة الإدارة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لفرق القيادة في المشروع والوظائف.
- دعم تطوير الأعمال، وأنشطة الفوز بالعمل، والمشاركة في السوق، وتقديم التدريب التقني ومبادرات تطوير القدرات.
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة الإدارة ومتطلبات حوكمة المشروع واللوائح ذات الصلة والأدوار والمسؤوليات المحددة.
- العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية لشؤون إدارة النفايات الصلبة، ودفع التحسين المستمر في استراتيجيات النفايات والمعايير التقنية وخطط التسليم والأدوات والعمليات التشغيلية.
- قيادة التنسيق التقني وتقديم مدخلات متخصصة في حلول جمع النفايات ونقلها ومعالجتها وإعادة تدويرها واستعادة الموارد والطاقة من النفايات وبنية التخلص.
- التأثير في استراتيجيات المشتريات والمسائل التعاقدية والتجارية، والتعاون مع مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) والفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان تسليم متكامل ومنسق.
- تعزيز التميز التقني والابتكار ومبادئ الاقتصاد الدائري وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية من خلال الشبكات المعرفية ومراكز التميز التنظيمية.
- دعم أهداف الحياد الكربوني من خلال تنفيذ مبادرات تقليل النفايات واستعادة الموارد وإعادة التدوير وخفض انبعاثات الكربون عبر دورة حياة المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة البيئية أو الهندسة المدنية أو العلوم البيئية أو إدارة النفايات أو تخصص ذي صلة (أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة النفايات الصلبة وتخطيط بنية النفايات وتصميمها وتسليمها وتشغيلها أو الاستشارات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لأنظمة إدارة النفايات المتكاملة، وإعادة التدوير، واستعادة الموارد، وتقنيات معالجة النفايات، ومبادئ الاستدامة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، والقيادة التقنية، وتنسيق المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and deliver annual business plan outcomes within agreed deadlines and budget requirements
- Lead and manage technical resources associated with solid waste management infrastructure, overseeing delivery activities and ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
- Present management review data, technical performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to project and functional leadership teams.
- Support business development, work-winning activities, market engagement, and the delivery of technical training and capability development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with management systems, project governance requirements, relevant regulations, and defined roles and responsibilities.
- Act as the primary focal point for solid waste management matters, driving continuous improvement in waste strategies, technical standards, delivery plans, tools, and operational processes.
- Lead technical coordination and provide specialist input into waste collection, transfer, treatment, recycling, resource recovery, waste-to-energy, and disposal infrastructure solutions.
- Influence procurement strategies, contractual and commercial matters, and collaborate with PMO and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and coordinated project delivery.
- Promote technical excellence, innovation, circular economy principles, and industry best practices through engagement with organisational knowledge networks and centres of excellence.
- Support net-zero carbon objectives through the implementation of waste minimisation, resource recovery, recycling, and carbon reduction initiatives across the project lifecycle.
- Educated to degree level in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Waste Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in solid waste management, waste infrastructure planning, design, delivery, operations, or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of integrated waste management systems, recycling, resource recovery, waste treatment technologies, and sustainability principles.
- Proven stakeholder management, technical leadership, and multidisciplinary project coordination experience.
