تعلن شركة Mace، إحدى شركات الاستشارات والبناء الرائدة، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى "Associate Director - Planning" للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة، وهو مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها. تبحث Mace عن محترفين ذوي كفاءة عالية لقيادة فرق متكاملة خلال كل مرحلة من مراحل المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم المشورة بشأن متطلبات المشاريع المعقدة، مع تقديم تحليل واضح والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية فعالة.
- قيادة تسليم التخطيط والجدولة للمشاريع والبرامج متوسطة إلى عالية التعقيد.
- الإشراف على منهجيات التخطيط والجدولة وإدارة القيمة المكتسبة (EVM) وضوابط المشاريع الأوسع لدفع الأداء.
- التواصل بثقة مع العملاء وفرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان التوافق والوضوح.
- تطوير خطط قوية وتفسير الاتجاهات باستخدام التقنيات الرقمية والإحصائية لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
- دعم القيادة العليا في المفاوضات وتطوير العقود والعناية الواجبة وأنشطة تطوير الأعمال.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للتحول إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، ومشاركة المسؤولية في التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وتخفيضاتها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية ذات صلة أو خبرة معادلة في إدارة البناء أو البرامج أو المشاريع أو التجارية.
- التقدم نحو الزمالة المهنية مع هيئة مهنية معترف بها والاستمرار في التطوير المهني.
- معرفة خبيرة بأدوات وبرامج إدارة الجدولة.
- قيادة مثبتة في مجالات الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية، مع تحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس وترسيخ أفضل الممارسات.
- معرفة قوية وتطبيق للتشريعات ذات الصلة داخل بيئات تنظيمية معقدة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة مع قدرة تحليلية والقدرة على المشاركة والتأثير وبناء علاقات موثوقة مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، مع خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة ضمن شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وهو مطلوب لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Advises on complex project requirements, providing clear analysis and recommending effective corrective actions.
- Leads the planning and scheduling delivery of medium‑ to high‑complexity projects and programmes.
- Oversees planning, scheduling, EVM and wider project controls methodologies to drive performance.
- Communicates confidently with clients, project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Develops robust plans and interprets trends using numerical and statistical techniques to inform decision‑making.
- Supports senior leadership through negotiations, contract development, due diligence and business development activity.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction, programme, project or commercial management.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
