هذه فرصة للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية، والذي يتكون من تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنون بالإضافة إلى جميع البنى التحتية المرتبطة. المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كخبير موضوع (SME) لجميع أصول محطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي (WWTP) في البرنامج، وتوفير القيادة الفنية خلال التصميم والبناء والتشغيل والتسليم.
- مراجعة وضمان تصميمات عمليات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي، بما في ذلك المعالجة البيولوجية والمعالجة الثلاثية ومعالجة الحمأة والتحكم في الروائح وأنظمة إعادة استخدام المياه المعالجة (TSE).
- قيادة المراجعات الفنية لمخرجات الاستشاريين والمقاولين لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
- تقديم المشورة الخبيرة حول تقنيات المعالجة مثل MBR وMBBR وSBR والحمأة المنشطة وحلول إعادة استخدام المياه المتقدمة.
- دعم فرق المرافق والبنية التحتية في إدارة المخاطر الفنية وحل المشكلات الهندسية المعقدة وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف.
- الإشراف على جودة البناء والاختبار والتشغيل والتحقق من الأداء لضمان تحقيق المنشآت للمتطلبات التشغيلية والتنظيمية.
- التنسيق مع المصممين والمقاولين والمشغلين ومقدمي الخدمات وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان التكامل السلس لأصول WWTP ضمن التطوير الأوسع.
- مراجعة الطلبات الفنية وبيانات الطرق وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs) وخطط التشغيل ووثائق التسليم.
- دعم أنشطة الجاهزية التشغيلية، بما في ذلك تطوير استراتيجية التشغيل والصيانة ومتطلبات تدريب المشغلين وتسليم الأصول للمستخدمين النهائيين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على درجة جامعية في الهندسة المدنية أو البيئية أو الكيميائية أو هندسة المياه، مع خبرة كبيرة في تنفيذ مشاريع المياه والصرف الصحي.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتنفيذ وتشغيل وصيانة محطات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي واسعة النطاق.
- معرفة تقنية قوية بمعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي وإعادة استخدام TSE وإدارة الحمأة وتكامل المرافق.
- خبرة في بيئات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو العميل أو شريك التوصيل أو إدارة البرامج في البرامج التحتية الكبرى.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، مع القدرة على التأثير والتعاون عبر فرق المشروع المعقدة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرات اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارات إدارة المشاريع، المطلوبة للموافقة على الهجرة والعميل.

The Project

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) assets across the programme, providing technical leadership throughout design, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Reviewing and assuring wastewater treatment process designs, including biological treatment, tertiary treatment, sludge handling, odour control and TSE reuse systems.
- Leading technical reviews of consultant and contractor deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, regulations, and international best practices.
- Providing expert advice on treatment technologies such as MBR, MBBR, SBR, activated sludge, and advanced wastewater reuse solutions.
- Supporting the utilities and infrastructure teams in managing technical risks, resolving complex engineering issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Overseeing construction quality, testing, commissioning, and performance validation activities to ensure facilities achieve operational and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with designers, contractors, operators, utility providers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of WWTP assets within the wider development.
- Reviewing technical submittals, method statements, RFIs, commissioning plans, and handover documentation.
- Supporting operational readiness activities, including O&M strategy development, operator training requirements, and asset handover to end-users.
- You’ll need to have:
- Proven expertise in the design, delivery, commissioning, and operation of large-scale WWTP facilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment, TSE reuse, sludge management, and utility integration.
- Experience within PMC, Client, Delivery Partner, or Programme Management environments on major infrastructure programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across complex project teams.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
