نبذة عن الوظيفة
يجمع هذا المشروع بين الخبرات الإنشائية والاستشارية لإطلاق الإمكانات في كل شخص أو مشروع، وإعادة تعريف حدود الطموح. ستتاح لك الفرصة للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية، والذي يتكون من تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنوناً، بالإضافة إلى جميع البنى التحتية المرتبطة بها. تعمل Mace كأحد شركاء التسليم، وتتطلب كوادر عالية الخبرة لقيادة فرق متكاملة خلال كل مرحلة من المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية الخدمات اللوجستية على مستوى البرنامج لتصنيع ونقل وتخزين وتركيب الوحدات النمطية واسعة النطاق والهياكل الجاهزة ووحدات البناء (pods) عبر المشروع.
- تخطيط وإدارة دورة الحياة اللوجستية من البداية إلى النهاية، بدءاً من مرافق التصنيع خارج الموقع وصولاً إلى التجميع النهائي في الموقع، مع ضمان التكامل السلس مع معالم البرنامج وتسلسل البناء.
- التعاون مع المقاولين والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة لتنسيق تسليم النطاق، وإدارة التغيير، ودفع نتائج المشروع الناجحة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل قوية عبر سلسلة التوريد، وتحديد فرص تحسين الأداء والإنتاجية والقيمة.
- الإشراف على نقل الأحمال كبيرة الحجم والثقيلة وغير العادية، بما في ذلك دراسات الطرق وتصاريح النقل والنقل البحري (عند الاقتضاء) ومتطلبات المرافقة والموافقات التنظيمية.
- تنسيق الإدارة في الوقت المناسب لطلبات المعلومات (RFIs) وإشعارات الإنذار المبكر (EWNs) وضوابط المشروع الأخرى لتخفيف المخاطر ودعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية والبيئة والمتطلبات القانونية، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة الإيجابية عبر عمليات الموقع.
- الإشراف على إدارة الخدمات اللوجستية والمعدات والآلات، والتدقيق، ومراقبة الأصول، وأنشطة إدارة النفايات لدعم الكفاءة التشغيلية والتحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل جامعي مناسب.
- التقدم نحو الحصول على الزمالة المهنية (Chartership) مع هيئة مهنية معترف بها والتطوير المهني المستمر.
- قدرة مثبتة على القيادة في مجالات الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية، مع تحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس وترسيخ أفضل الممارسات.
- متواصل فعال يتمتع بقدرة تحليلية وقدرة على المشاركة والتأثير وبناء علاقات موثوقة مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع، وهو أمر مطلوب للموافقة على الهجرة والموافقة من العميل.

The Project

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead the development and implementation of the programme-wide logistics strategy for the manufacture, transportation, storage and installation of large-scale modular units, prefabricated structures and construction pods across the project.
- Plan and manage the end-to-end logistics lifecycle, from off-site fabrication facilities through to final assembly on site, ensuring seamless integration with programme milestones and construction sequencing.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to coordinate scope delivery, manage change, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the supply chain, identifying opportunities to improve performance, productivity, and value.
- Oversee the movement of oversized, heavy and abnormal loads, including route studies, transport permits, marine transport (where applicable), escort requirements and regulatory approvals.
- Coordinate the timely management of RFIs, Early Warning Notices (EWNs), and other project controls to mitigate risk and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, wellbeing, environmental, and statutory requirements, promoting a positive safety culture across site operations.
- Oversee logistics, plant and equipment management, auditing, asset control, and waste management activities to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- You’ll need to have:
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
