تعلن شركة Mace، إحدى شركات الاستشارات والبناء الرائدة، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية متميزة في الرياض، السعودية، للعمل كمدير تصميم - البنية التحتية (Design Manager - Infrastructure) ضمن أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة، وهو مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنسيق أنشطة التصميم متعددة التخصصات عبر مراحل المشروع، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير والميزانيات والجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات التسليم المعتمدة.
- دعم القيادة العليا في الإشراف على تسليم التصميم، ومتابعة التقدم، والحفاظ على عمليات الحوكمة، وتقديم تقارير دورية عن حالة التصميم لأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- تنسيق الاستشاريين والفرق الفنية والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة لتقديم حلول تصميم متكاملة ومتوافقة وعالية الجودة تتماشى مع أهداف المشروع ومعاييره.
- مراجعة وتقييم مقدمات التصميم، ومخرجات الاستشاريين، ومقدمات المقاولين، والوثائق الفنية لضمان الاكتمال والجودة والتنسيق والامتثال للمواصفات.
- قيادة حل تعارضات التصميم، والاستفسارات الفنية، وتحديات قابلية التنفيذ، ومشاكل الواجهات، وتغييرات التصميم مع إدارة المخاطر المرتبطة وإجراءات التخفيف.
- الحفاظ على أنظمة إدارة التصميم، بما في ذلك أدوات التتبع وسجلات الإجراءات وسير العمل للموافقات والسجلات الفنية وأدوات إعداد التقارير لدعم التحكم الفعال في المشروع واتخاذ القرارات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في أدوار تنسيق التصميم أو إدارة التصميم.
- خبرة في العمل مع استشاريي التصميم متعددي التخصصات.
- فهم جيد لمراحل تطوير التصميم ومتطلبات التنسيق.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary design activities across project stages, ensuring compliance with approved briefs, standards, budgets, schedules, and delivery requirements.
- Support senior leadership in overseeing design delivery, monitoring progress, maintaining governance processes, and providing regular design status reports to project stakeholders.
- Coordinate consultants, technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated, compliant, and high-quality design solutions aligned with project objectives and standards.
- Review and assess design submissions, consultant deliverables, contractor submittals, and technical documentation to ensure completeness, quality, coordination, and specification compliance.
- Lead the resolution of design clashes, technical queries, constructability challenges, interface issues, and design changes while managing associated risks and mitigation measures.
- Maintain design management systems, including trackers, action logs, approval workflows, technical records, and reporting tools to support effective project control and decision-making.
- Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and information distribution among internal teams, consultants, clients, and stakeholders to support timely reviews, approvals, and project delivery.
- Promote safety, sustainability, and compliance by applying industry standards, safety-in-design principles, regulations, and organizational values while mentoring junior staff and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related discipline.
- 7-10 years’ experience in design coordination or design management roles.
- Experience working with multi-di design consultants.
- Good understanding of design development stages and coordination requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
