شركة Mace تبحث عن Senior Manager (Construction Waste) للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية، في مدينة الرياض. يتضمن المشروع تطويراً متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم فريق التسليم الإنشائي وفريق القيادة في المشروع من خلال تقديم التوجيه والتنسيق عبر أنشطة تسليم المشروع.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات إدارة نفايات البناء والإجراءات وأهداف الأداء بما يتماشى مع متطلبات البرنامج والأهداف البيئية والالتزامات التنظيمية.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن ومقدمي خدمات النفايات لضمان الفصل الفعال والمناولة والتخزين والنقل وإعادة التدوير والاسترداد والتخلص من مواد نفايات البناء.
- مراقبة أداء إدارة النفايات والإبلاغ عنه، بما في ذلك معدلات إعادة التدوير ومؤشرات تحويل النفايات من مكبات النفايات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، مع تقديم توصيات للتحسين المستمر.
- تحمل مسؤولية نتائج السلامة والرفاهية والجودة والامتثال لمناطق المشروع المحددة.
- تعزيز ثقافة إيجابية للصحة والسلامة والرفاهية عبر عمليات الموقع.
- قيادة ودعم اجتماعات التخطيط المسبق والتنبؤ، وتقديم التوجيه وحل تحديات التسليم.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والمصممين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع مع إدارة عمليات ضمان الجودة حتى الاعتماد النهائي.
- دفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر، وتنفيذ معايير البناء، ودعم أهداف الحياد الكربوني من خلال إدارة الكربون الاستباقية وإجراءات التخفيض.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو HNC أو HND أو مؤهل معادل في إدارة البيئة أو الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء أو الاستدامة أو إدارة النفايات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة في إدارة نفايات البناء أو الإدارة البيئية أو الاستدامة أو عمليات البناء أو مجال ذي صلة ضمن مشاريع البناء الكبرى أو مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- فهم قوي لتشريعات نفايات البناء، وتخطيط إدارة النفايات، وإعادة التدوير، واسترداد الموارد، ومبادئ الاقتصاد الدائري، ومتطلبات الامتثال البيئي.
- شهادة SMSTS (دورة تدريبية في إدارة سلامة الموقع) وبطاقة CSCS الإدارية/المهنية (نظام شهادات مهارات البناء).

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Support the Senior Construction Delivery Team and Project Leadership Team by providing guidance and coordination across project delivery activities.
- Develop and implement construction waste management strategies, procedures, and performance targets aligned with programme requirements, environmental objectives, and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and waste service providers to ensure effective segregation, handling, storage, transportation, recycling, recovery, and disposal of construction waste materials.
- Monitor and report waste management performance, recycling rates, diversion from landfill metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of safety, wellbeing, quality, and compliance outcomes for assigned project areas.
- Foster and maintain a positive Health, Safety, and Wellbeing culture across site operations.
- Lead and support lookahead planning and forecasting meetings, providing direction and resolving delivery challenges.
- Build strong relationships with clients, designers, and project stakeholders while managing QA processes through to final sign-off.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement construction standards, and support net-zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management and reduction measures.
- Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent qualification in Environmental Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability, Waste Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in construction waste management, environmental management, sustainability, construction operations, or a related field within major construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction waste legislation, waste management planning, recycling, resource recovery, circular economy principles, and environmental compliance requirements.
- SMSTS and Managerial / Professional CSCS Card (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) / (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme).
