تسعى شركة Mace، الرائدة في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية وإدارة المشاريع، إلى تعيين مدير تخطيط (Planning Manager) للمشاركة في مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات ضخم في الرياض، يضم أكثر من 200 مشروع تشمل أصولاً ثقافية وتراثية، ومطاعم، وتجزئة، وفنادق، ومباني تجارية، ومرافق تعليمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة للتحقق من دقة التقدم الفعلي والجداول الزمنية.
- مراجعة وتحليل الجداول الزمنية، بما في ذلك المسارات الحرجة والوقود الاحتياطي ووثائق التغيير.
- تقييم جداول التخفيف وتقديم تحليلات وتوصيات مستقلة.
- مراقبة التقدم مقارنة بالبرامج الأساسية، وتحديد التأخيرات وتقديم تقارير الأداء.
- تقييم البيانات الداعمة (مثل المشتريات والجودة) لتقييم صحة الجدول الزمني.
- إعداد تقارير تخطيط شهرية تُبرز المخاطر والاتجاهات وتأثيرها على التقدم.
- تتبع أداء المشروع، وتحديد الاتجاهات، وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف.
- إدارة وتقييم الواجهات البينية للمشروع التي قد تؤثر على التسليم.
- التعاون مع مديري إدارة المشاريع (PMCs) واستشاريي التصميم لضمان مخرجات إنتاجية دقيقة.
- تطوير وصيانة جداول رئيسية متكاملة (من المستوى 3 إلى المستوى 2).
- ضمان التوافق مع معايير مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO)، ومراجعة لوحات المعلومات وإجراءات التخطيط.
- التنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان تدفق معلومات دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب.
- العمل بروح الفريق نحو الهدف المشترك المتمثل في التحول إلى صافي انبعاثات صفرية، والمشاركة في تحديد وإدارة انبعاثات الكربون وتخفيضاتها أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية ذات صلة.
- عضوية مهنية (أو في طور الحصول عليها) مثل PMP، PMI-SP، أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ مشاريع سكنية و/أو بنية تحتية ضمن بيئة مكتب إدارة مشاريع (PMO).
- خبرة قوية في ضوابط المشاريع، بما في ذلك التخطيط/الجدولة وإدارة القيمة المكتسبة (EVM).
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وذلك وفقاً لمتطلبات الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

Mace is currently providing the programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Conducts regular site visits to validate real-time progress and schedule accuracy.
- Reviews and analyses schedules, including critical paths, float, and change documentation.
- Assesses mitigation schedules, providing independent analysis and recommendations.
- Monitors progress against baseline programmes, identifying delays and reporting performance.
- Evaluates supporting data (e.g., procurement, quality) to inform schedule health.
- Prepares monthly planning reports highlighting risks, trends, and impacts on progress.
- Tracks project performance, identifying trends and developing mitigation strategies.
- Manages and assesses project interfaces that may impact delivery.
- Collaborates with PMCs and design consultants to ensure accurate productivity outputs.
- Develops and maintains integrated master schedules (Level 3 to Level 2).
- Ensures alignment with PMO standards, reviewing dashboards and planning procedures.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely information flow.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree qualification.
- Professional membership (or working towards) PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent.
- Proven experience delivering residential and/or infrastructure projects within a PMO environment.
- Demonstrates strong expertise in project controls, including planning/scheduling and earned value management (EVM).
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
