شركة Mace تبحث عن مدير امتثال تصميم - تنسيق مواقع (Design Compliance Manager - Landscape) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة، وهو مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه فرصة للعمل ضمن فريق المهندس في أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية. ستقوم بتقديم ضمان مستقل لامتثال التصميم والإشراف على الامتثال لأعمال التنسيق والأماكن العامة، مع ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقًا للتصميم المعتمد ومتطلبات صاحب العمل والكودات والمعايير المعمول بها. سيكون دورك محوريًا في حماية نية التصميم والحفاظ على معايير الجودة وحل التحديات المتعلقة بالتصميم أثناء البناء، خاصة في المشاريع المعقدة وعالية المستوى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كجزء من فريق المهندس، وتقديم مراجعة مستقلة والتحقق والموافقة على مخرجات التصميم والبناء الخاصة بالتنسيق.
- قيادة امتثال تصميم التنسيق أثناء البناء، وضمان توافق جميع الأعمال مع الرسومات المعتمدة (IFC) والمواصفات واستراتيجيات الزراعة ومتطلبات صاحب العمل.
- مراجعة والموافقة على shop drawings، وتقديم المواد وجداول الزراعة والنماذج الأولية (mock-ups) وطلبات RFIs وتفاصيل إنشاء التنسيق.
- تقديم ضمان موقعي لتركيبات التنسيق بما في ذلك hardscape وsoftscape وstreetscape والأماكن العامة وأنظمة الري والعناصر المائية والعناصر التخصصية للتنسيق.
- ضمان الالتزام بنية التصميم والجماليات والوظائف ومعايير الجودة، خاصة للأماكن العامة والتنسيق عالية المستوى.
- تحديد وإدارة الانحرافات عن التصميم وعدم الامتثال والمخاطر الفنية، والعمل على حلها مع المقاولين ومهندسي التنسيق واستشاري التصميم.
- مراجعة والتحقق من مواد التنسيق واختيارات الزراعة وأنظمة الري والتشطيبات الخارجية، وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الأداء والاستدامة والصيانة.
- دعم إصدار تعليمات المهندس والموافقات وشهادات الامتثال للتصميم وفقًا للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- التواصل مع المقاولين وفرق الإشراف والاستشاريين لضمان تفسير وتنفيذ واضحين لمتطلبات تصميم التنسيق في الموقع.
- دعم عمليات التفتيش والموافقات الرسمية والامتثال القانوني المتعلق بأعمال التنسيق والأماكن العامة.
- المشاركة في النماذج الأولية وعينات الموافقات وعمليات التفتيش وsnagging والتسليم، وضمان أن التسليم يلبي معايير الجودة والتشغيل والصيانة المطلوبة.
- مراقبة إنشاء وجودة أعمال الزراعة، وضمان التنفيذ الناجح وتحقيق أهداف التصميم.
- تقديم تقارير عن حالة امتثال تصميم التنسيق والمخاطر وتقدم البناء إلى أصحاب المصلحة.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك المتمثل في التحول إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية (net zero carbon transition)، والمشاركة في التحديد والإدارة الاستباقية للانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة التنسيق المعماري (يفضل الماجستير).
- يفضل الاعتماد المهني (مثل CMLI، ASLA، أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في هندسة التنسيق أو تصميم الأماكن العامة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة تنفيذ التصميم في مشاريع تطوير واسعة النطاق أو مخططات رئيسية.
- خبرة في التنسيق متعدد التخصصات وإدارة الاستشاريين.
- يفضل خبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (MENA).
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل الفني.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وذلك المطلوب لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

Mace is seeking an experienced design compliance manager-landscape to support a major programme currently in the construction phase, acting in the capacity of the engineer.
In this role, you will provide independent landscape design assurance and compliance oversight, ensuring that all landscape and public realm works are delivered in accordance with the approved design, employer’s requirements, and applicable codes and standards. You will play a key role in protecting design intent, maintaining quality standards, and resolving design-related challenges during construction, particularly across complex, high-profile developments.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Act as part of the engineer’s team, providing independent review, verification, and approval of landscape design and construction deliverables.
- Lead landscape design compliance during construction, ensuring all works align with approved IFC drawings, specifications, planting strategies, and employer’s requirements.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, planting schedules, mock-ups, RFIs, and landscape construction details.
- Provide site-based assurance of landscape installations, including hardscape, softscape, streetscape, public realm, irrigation systems, water features, and specialist landscape elements.
- Ensure adherence to design intent, aesthetics, functionality, and quality standards, particularly for high-profile, design-led public realm and landscape environments.
- Identify and manage design deviations, non-compliance, and technical risks, driving resolution with contractors, landscape architects, and design consultants.
- Review and verify landscape materials, planting selections, irrigation systems, and external finishes, ensuring compliance with performance, sustainability, and maintenance requirements.
- Support the issuance of engineer’s instructions, approvals, and design compliance certifications in line with contractual requirements.
- Interface with contractors, supervision teams, and consultants to ensure clear interpretation and execution of landscape design requirements on site.
- Support authority inspections, approvals, and statutory compliance processes related to landscape and public realm works.
- Participate in mock-ups, sample approvals, inspections, snagging, and handover activities, ensuring delivery meets required quality, operational, and maintenance standards.
- Monitor the establishment and quality of planting works, ensuring successful implementation and achievement of design objectives.
- Provide reporting on landscape design compliance status, risks, and construction progress to senior stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture (master’s preferred).
- Professional accreditation (e.g. CMLI, ASLA, or equivalent) preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in landscape architecture or public realm design.
- Proven experience managing design delivery on large-scale or master-planned developments.
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and consultant management.
- MENA experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
